  1. Would love to play one of you who can do Expert too to test my skillz. I'll try and rustle up a friend code cause the strangers match never works correct?
  2. Seriously. Can't find one anywhere for anything less than £280 or bundled with a few crap games for £240+. Is this normal guys?! What's going on>?!
  3. I say fair play to give him advertisement! 15% to charity and it is one of the best mods i have ever seen. This guy really should work for Nintendo.
  4. My Wii Number: 7239-1771-8892-1140 Anyone else with MP3 I have loads of Friend Vouchers on the go as I've now completed it in Veteran. 80% complete apparently. Took me 15 hours. Will be starting Hypermode soon but would be nice if I could be sent some more Friend Vouchers and I will do the same in return - let me know!
  5. Think I'm about 60-70% through and it's been about 12-13 hours of play. I could do with some Friend Vouchers, I also have a few if spare if anyone needs any.
  6. Yeah we do.
  7. If you really don't want to wait for the UK versions of games. Just buy a US Console and run it through a standard US-UK Voltage Converter. It's a simple plug, which allows you to run it without any modification to the machine. I have had this setup since I bought the console in November and there have been no problems. This is the way to go.
  8. VGP said 20th. Weird. Oh well, it's US so will run fine.
  9. Pre-ordered this game yesterday from Videogamesplus.ca. Should be sent out to me on release (20th Aug) so hopefully will have it by this time next month. I honestly can't wait. This signals the first in the 3 big games that are being released prior to the end of the year and just thinking about it gets me hyped for all of them. Bring it on!
  10. Damn, gotta go find 'em myself now. :p
  11. I love that I opted going for the USA Wii now. Great investment, cheaper games and I get them sooner. That's what I always said and I stuck by it. Can we get a USA release list too (or at least in brackets the USA date).
  12. It doesn't matter 'cause you know when it comes out everyone will get it, and love it, and that'll be that. Another success for Nintendo I say!
  13. As much as I love the Pokemon games and will continue to buy the new Gameboy/DS versions as long as they're released, it would be nice for them to take the franchise a step further as GTA did from 2-3. As soon as I think of a huge 3D Pokemon world, I drool.
  14. OMG! This looks amazing!!! Online ranking?! Oh yes! I battered the first one (imported a US Wii) but got stuck on like the second last Mission (in the chapter that was added on for the Wii version). Got XS on a lot of surgeries too. I wonder how two player will work?
  15. Wow. Latest screenshots have actually really impressed/interested me in this game. I was 50/50 on it before, not really fussed, but now it looks like definitely one of those abstract games I just have to pick up.
  16. Don't really know where to post this, but - Rock Band!!! http://www.arrogantics.com/2007/06/16/game-informer-scans-show-details-on-new-harmonix-project-rock-band/ Check out the scans of the prototype drum kits and guitars. Looks like it will overshadow Guitar Hero 3 in my opinion although they'll probably both sell awesomely.
  17. Imagine the Wiimote was a pick and the Guitar simply had a sensor bar reading if you were strumming infront of it?
  18. Don't know if this will help you any. But when you get through to actually whacking him and doing damage, don't do so much on the first go. This will repeat the first sequence again (which is shorter) and then you go full whack when you get to him the next two times and he should be dead.
  19. Ordered this from VGP. Things like this make me glad I bought an American Wii straight up. Good old Nintendo, always screwing over the Europeans. Least there's one think you can count on them to do.
  20. Do you think the QTEs will be more involved with the Wiimotes motion sensitivity?
  21. Well I've imported it from America and I'll give you my views. It's good. It's not the bestest game around that you can really get stuck into, but it's a great bit of fun. My first impressions were somewhat of disappointment. I was thrown straight into it (which wasn't bad as the first few levels just teach you how to do things) but even after that it was still a lot to really grasp straight away. Anyway, onto the first level. You're rushing through and there's a few obstacles to dodge etc. as you're speeding along but in general it doesn't feel like you need to do much as the paths are fairly clear and even when you do get hit, you just hop over or end up losing some rings and moving past. After a few more levels though and levelling up a bit, getting some new abilities and ring points so that you can equip more abilities to each ring, I really started to get a feel of what there was to do within each level. Rather than just hitting enemies I didn't react in time to I was jumping up and spin attacking them, opening chests, finding 'Fire Souls' (although I still don't know what they do but it looks like 3 per mission you can find). In summary it's enjoyable. I don't think you can sit down for hours on end playing it, but it's good to play for an hour, then go do something else, then come back and play a bit more. Oh and the storyline and the 'cut scenes' with the storyboard-like-art made me laugh. Not my kinda thing but it's just so cheesy.
  22. This is very true. Because it's more than just pressing buttons people feel they're more involved what with the movements and everything they thusly feel it's more worth their while rather than sitting there with a control pad doing random tasks.
  23. I think I'm having the same kind of problem setting up my router however I don't have a USB cable and think I have worked out what I'm supposed to do. So there should be a wire going from your modem into your router (internet line) however I am guessing this may be where your USB socket is. If that is the case and it won't go into your router you may well need a USB>Ethernet like the Official Wii one but it won't need to be that one. Then once that is connected then you have a seperated ethernet line (which should have come with your router) which you connect to your computer's ethernet port. This should work unless it is a problem with the configuration. Oh yeah, I WANT that Jack Black Mii. :p
  24. If you go back to that cave and carry on past that first warp point it goes on a bit but keep scooping up the yellow chu chus in your bottles for lantern oil and when you get to the end you rewarded with a nice shiny heart piece.

    Eledees!

This is what a friend of mine on another forum thinks of Elebits. He's imported it for his US console.
