you can buy the 2.5 to 3.5 adapters off ebay that plug into an IDE cable, i bought one off there a while ago to plug my bros hdd in to my comp, there are fairly cheap, if i find the one i got here u can have it.

have a look at ebay and places, I am getting a Base unit from ebay soon its a AMD AM2 system, with 250GB hd, 2gb Ram, only down side is the grahics card at that great but the system is £455

pretty old its an intel celeron 1.1ghz. but upgrading to an AMD AM2 system soon!

wouldnt buy a car if you was going uni cos of the added cost of running the car, you have £170 tax a year or £90 for 6 months, £45 MOT each yeah, general running cost Eg petrol, also the costs of fixing anything else that should go wrong. it will be that added strain you dont really need at uni!

I have just broken up my old PC and used the bits in my dads old computer now these are the same age and roughly the same specs, they both run the same type of ram, I put a 512 stick in and also a 128 stick but when I look at the system specs it shows up as only having 367mb of ram. I know these 2 sticks are working as in my old pc it showed up as 630mb of ram the built in graphics card took 8mb. Is there anyway to to reslove this?

Your router will need its own logging in name, For my AOL i have my own user name, my bro has his own user name and the router has its own log in details. you need to create an extra user name in AOL and this will then be used for the router this should fix the problem. With AOL BB once u have created the User details for the router you will be able to log on AOL from a different computer with your own details. With me we can sign on 3 aol users at once using our AOL connection.
