have tried booting from CD it wont let me, it just tries to load windows it fails shows a blue screen and then restarts!

he has tried to boot into safe mode but the samething happends. i think its just buggered and needs formating!

I have heard of VDO they make some good in car stuff! and even if it does break u also have a years warrenty with it! or the other option is to go with a name brand stereo that has a AUX in and plug an MP3 player in that, you will lose some of the sound quailty, I have done this in my car.

My bro has a IBM think pad laptop, it has been acting up in the last few days and now has totally gone. It locked up yestrday and he restarted but after restarting it the laptop come up with a blue screen after the XP loading screen saying it cant find a operating system. My bro wants to know if there is anyway of getting anythign thats sotred on the harddrive off it now that windows will not load?

i worked on this press launch for apple at BBC TV center last night and i have the press pack. the Ipod Radio remote for the the UK will be £35. Another bits u wanna know just ask and i will have a look in the press pack for it, i have full price lists for the world on there new items!

My dad needs someway to back up his work files, he was using floppy disk but they would lose the data from time to time, he has not started using CD-RW's but he aint the sure on what he is doing with them but iw as thinking he could use a USB pen drive, i am just wondering if they would be safer to use than a CD, can they be corrupted with virus and things? he will only be using it for word files and nothing else. What you recommand to use?

i do all my own work on my cars, the only thing the garage does is the MOT and a few of the harder repairs on my car, saves aload of cash! the only thing i have done on a car is take the engine out and replace it! but that day will come! I am just about to give my 1990 Mk4 XR3i Escort a full service which should cost me about at most £30 rather than £100 from a garage! But the insurance i admit the killer! at the moment its £700 but in a few months its up for renewal so it will be dropping again!

Had it a while now just looked up the some of the prices on it they are around £600 for the monitor I have. I think when I got it I payed £80, it was not from a shop but was brand new!

I have a 18" samsung TFT for my other PC and today i went to swap it with my bedroom unplugged it all and plugged it into my room and the monitor will not switch on no more! i can also hear a buzzing sound from the back of it, its not that loud! not sure what it can be.
