two emails have made their way into Kotaku so far of dead Wii. In the first report, the reader says that the system worked for an hour and then he started getting disc read errors. I have just got in from doing a night shift to take this show out, I have lost all interest in the shows really snice I started working on them.

apprently a PS3 has sold on ebay for $9000, and another auction had a bid of $89 million dollars. seems like gamers could be fighting back againest the people who wanna make profit from the lack of consoles. This happened when the Xbox 360 was released in the UK.

hey just to let you know I know the company who is supplying sound gear for nintendo to do an event at HMV oxford street for the launch of the Wii, I have just gotta talk to the bloke my self to comfirm it with him.

Now I am looking at getting Xp Home for my PC and at the moment Ebuyer has an offer on where you get the upgrade coupon for vista, but what vista OS is worth getting?

Yeah me and platty will be there hoping to be early but I have work wednesday night just hoping to be home early. Me and platty are gonna aim for getting there early.

From what conor said the press day on friday they went to at that toys for big boys event they didnt have any units for the press day and they got the units there for saturday.

me and platty will be going thursday and depending on how much we get to play it i may pop back on friday aswell.

well after reading the posts here I went to my local Game where i pre ordered the Wii for me and platty and I ask one of the blokes who worked there if they can say if I will be getting a Wii as I am 3rd on there list and asked about the letters, he said he cant say anything will just have to wait and see.

I was hoping that after I got my new Pc I was hoping for some trouble free times, but as of today that has come to an end. I was using my computer today fine with no worries, turned it off and went out come back a few hours later turned on the system and I got an error message saying "disk read error, Press ctrl-alt-del to restart" done this and started to boot up fine and got the windows Xp loading screen and it just stayed on that for ages with nothing else happening. Re started the system agina and tried to repair XP but nothing happened, windows would still not load, after a bit more trying it come up saying there was a file missing so I tried wiping the HD and installing Windows ME. It complete everything and re started for the last time but still would not boot in windows unless in safe mode, I restarted the system to see if it would load but nothing just stayed with a flashing _ on the screen for ages. not sure on what to do, the system was running on XP Pro. Thinking of getting a OEM version of Xp home and seeing if that works.

After looking at the prices think I will stick with Xp home till the Prices drop, you can pick up a OEM version of Xp home from Ebuyer.com for £56

I have not received a letter from game even thou I was third to pre order the Wii, I will check with Platty later to see if he got a letter about it as he was fourth on the pre order list, If I don't get a letter by the start of next week I will go to game and see if I will be getting a Wii, also still gotta find out if they are opening at mid night, Also HMV are still selling games at £32.99.

Here is a little thing I bought in NYC back in march at the Nintendo Store.

My Local game have stopped pre orders, was in there today and a kid asked to pre order they told he they have filled there list and to write his details down and call him when they have more pre order spaces.

what plug in is it? Every time i try and view a site with WMV video on it, i get an error massage and it shuts down firefox.
