I dont think it is be careful what you wish for at all. These people need to be stopped and deserve to have harsher measures used against them. Yes, things could always escalate from there where they start using it against anyone but that doesnt mean action shouldnt be taken. These people are breaking the law and should be treated as such.

You should watch some of the footage on Sky News etc. Theyve got footage of them talking to the rioters (some girls said they were "getting back their taxes") and interviews with people who were walking around during the rioters and talking to them, asking then what theyre doing etc.

Just watching Sky News and I had to laugh that the guy doing the report mentioning that Waterstones hadnt been touched. Big shock there, none of these tossers will be able to read.

Im just glad something is happening to mix things up in the X-Men books. I think the events theyve had have all been good but so many stories inbetween have been a bit boring for me. Im sick of the mutant nation and Utopia. Im looking forward to seeing the Mansion again. Hopefully the two books will be differently tones. Like Uncanny being the Utopia nation stuff and Wolverines being the old adventure style X-Men books. I live in hope anyway.

Its a hard one to try and guess really. You try and assume who would go with eachother. Like Kitty and Colossus etc but then I think its also a safe bet that the writers will want to mix some of the characters up. Like for example you think that might be Gambit. Now would Gambit just stick with Rogue or maybe even X23 who you would assume would stay with Wolverine. Rogue also doesnt have a very good relationship with Cyclops (I know he may not even be around but its still considered his side) but she is also currently with Magneto.

Guys, I dont wanna sound rude or anything but I just posted in the thread to vent my frustrations over the bus situation, not for help. Ive had this problem with cars for a few years now so ive heard all the arguments for it before and while its great some of you can just say book lessons or whatever, its just not that simple for me.

Oh yeah I know it was just showing them taking out the other factories but it showed that time had passed. He could have been on other missions inbetween those moments. For the most part I was fine with the music and understood the patrioticness of it. It was just certain moments during fight scenes I think when I dont think it was needed. I was reading earlier that apparently cameos from Wolverine and child Magneto were originally planned but problems with Fox and the rights to the characters made it fall through which was a shame.

Got around to seeing it yesterday. I enjoyed it, probably not my favourite of the Marvel movies but definitely enjoyable. I thought the Red Skull was really well done, one of my favourite comic to movie characters I think along with Loki. Music at times was a bit too patriotic for me, only a bit but it was enough that I noticed it. I liked the use of a montage in the middle, made you feel like he had been at this for a while so there could easily be more stories to tell from his WWII days. I also liked Chris Evans as Captain America, I thought he was a believable Steve Rogers. One thing I did notice at the end:

Glad to see he won't be back as that's just a nothing apology to me. He can try and justify his posting style all he likes but it was constantly negative and sometimes over the line. I wont miss him.

Yeah ive been told that a lot and I probably agree but the nervousness is also the reason I havent started taking lessons. Unfortunately you have to get over that first.

Glad to see someone else reading Batgirl. Its a great series and I dont think it should have been tossed aside as easily as it was for Barbara Gordons return. I agree Paj, Stephanies relationship with Damian is great. I also really enjoyed the Supergirl team up issue.

The news this morning said that the guy actually took a shot at a policeman but the bullet got lodged in his radio. If thats true and they returned fire then I dont see a problem here. Either way though, rioting was in no way justified and id say the original shooting was probably just more of an excuse than anything.

No I dont at the moment, only when im working. To be honest guys, I already know I need to learn to drive and move out but I cant afford to move out until ive got a job and ive had a problem with cars ever since I was in a crash back in college. Goafer will tell you im not the best passenger to have.
