Is it a worthwhile subscription? Just wondering as I guess I would be jumping in the middle of stories.

If you dont want to pay for PS+ then dont. If you want to play online then get it and enjoy the free games that come with it. There isnt much else you can do.

New game from Swery. I loved Deadly Premonition so I had to get this.

Hopefully they will be willing to take the risk of doing it right. As you said the test footage went over really well.

Always like seeing this thread pop back up from time to time. Decided to take a photo of my set up at the moment after I was cleaning and realised its starting to get a bit cluttered.

Lot of big games coming out around that week in November. It'll be interesting to watch and see which comes out on top.

Im still not enjoying it all that much and seeing as we and the Doctor know that the Silence and an alien like Prisoner Zero already exist, the whole search in that episode felt stupid.

Well I played it a bit more earlier and probably enjoyed it a bit more. Still not sure I will keep my preordered though. We'll see.

Ignoring my general lack of enjoyment (which is more down to me than the quality of the game), I do think that the screen is too small for a game like this. Ive got an XL and I just didnt think it worked as well as when its on a TV.

I'm going to play some more tomorrow before I make my mind up but I only had the Wii U version preordered so that's the one I'm thinking about cancelling. I only played a couple of matches tonight though and my hand is already killing me. Never usually get this with 3DS games.

After playing that I'm actually tempted to cancel my preorder now. Nothing to do with the quality (though I do think the screen is too small and it should be home console only), I just guess the series must not be for me anymore. I loved Melee but I haven't played since that and wasn't getting the same enjoyment from this.

Didnt really help that my PC was having a meltdown last year either so I couldnt connect the second webcam lol.

I'll probably get it again next year. The end of October and November are pretty busy for me gaming-wise.

To be fair not everyone disliked the multiplayer like you did @Cube

This stuff is great for the new customers but I do think Nintendo should do more stuff like this for current people who have already got the hardware.

I dont have an ipad so I'll just try and find a DS copy somewhere. It looks like Videogamesplus.ca have it quite cheap and there seem to be quite a few copies on ebay so I'll get it at some point.
