  1. Super is a great film!
  2. Going in to hospital today to sort out my leg finally! Wish me luck! '
  3. Usually that is possibly correct but you really need to know all the situation because multiple stab wounds may still be considered as necessary to repel an attacker. As for "he has murdered somebody, he should be punished" the defence of self-defence is the strongest of all and can acquit you of any offence if rightly proven. The main crux of the defence being that the force used must be "reasonable" in the situation, apparently it has been proven therefore the defendant (the victim) will face no more charges.
  4. I questioned this as well, apparently because the ball was out of play at the time the tackle/ foul was made it was not a penalty.
  5. No I was comparing a mug with a slight chip in it to a smashed vase actually.
  6. Finally got my joining instructions for KPMG! Was starting to worry they'd forgotten about me!
  7. It is the same? The self-defence mitigating circumstance option is available in both situations?
  8. The charge of murder won't stand I'm sure of that. It will be an interesting case though to see how far the politics talk of defending those who really were the victims stands up in the face of a real situation. People laying wreathes nearby is ridiculous. That person was a scumbag for breaking into the house in the first place.
  9. Have you tried the PES system? The FIFA system is practically perfection compared to that :p
  10. Having seen the Nani penalty claim, Bosingwa blocked his foot so I guess it was a penalty.
  11. Oh I'm not saying it is an excuse, well kind of :p It is an amazing strike and the fact he managed to get a shot away with so many of our players swarming around him is surprising. The ref did make some weird decisions, Ramires' yellow was wrongly given, he clearly got the ball! Smalling and Jones look to be great future prospects. Jones' hair looks so chavvy though.
  12. If you can't score the penalties it really is your own fault :p It isn't hard! I struggled to tackle on the demo, the lunging just makes you vulnerable to dribbling around the defender really easily.
  13. Also, the first two Man United goals were offside, 2 poor decisions by the linesman. And I am still not convinced the penalty was a penalty, in slow motion it looked like Nani kicked Bosingwa's leg actually but I''ll await MotD 2 to see again.
  14. Is it @Diageo? :p
  15. What I'd say about the game was summed up pretty well by everyone before. We had some great chances (Ramires and Torres mainly). Apart from the miss Torres had a pretty good game today! His goal was great to see and his set up/ run for the Ramires fuck up was good as well. Just in case anyone misses one of the worst misses ever :p
  16. Eurgh, first two goals were offside but Nani's shot was unstoppable. Rooney's goal was a bit fortunate but at least Man U are taking their chances! Ramires missed a sitter.
  17. You should practice it with the aiming device on. Putting direction is easy, and the timing is easy enough now.
  18. Oh Ramar is on about the second series, not that he can't watch the first series to catch up. Sorry, my bad.
  19. I just thought they made it harder for the kicker to make it slightly fairer for the defending goalkeeper. After playing PES last year at university, having done multiple penalties I still don't know which direction you're supposed to aim for to make it go goal bound!
  20. What is it about the FIFA penalties that people don't like? Once you know how to do it the technique isn't hard.
  21. 19-10 now =/ Sloppy penalties by Canada.
  22. dah da da dum da dah dum da dah

  23. I also put them for a 2-0 win! With banker bonus. Curse you gooners. Today should be a great day for football. Celtic v Rangers, Tottenham v Liverpool and then Man United v Chelsea!
