  1. Both for £4.50 at my local independent bookstore, as I traded in some old book to get a discount. Also purchased the '24' Easter Egg from Woolworths! EDIT: Picture of said egg (incase anyone was curious) :-

  3. A iconic popular logo, and very stylish. 8/10
  4. Impressive day so far. Just been on the phone with 3 employers, and I have two interviews lined up for tomorrow, and another application form in the post, for me to fill-in, yay! Also, telephoned Play.com, for the 5th time in the past 2 weeks, about a printer I ordered from them in Januray. Managed to get £15 of vouchers off them, after asking to be put through to their supervisor.
  5. Ugh. Give me Resident Evil 2 Wiimake instead of this sh*te please!
  6. Nothing in North West Wales, but there were minor tremors in North East Wales, so I missed out
  7. The Bourne Identity Last time I watched this, was when it came out on VHS, and I didn't really get it then. Enjoyable thriller with impressive action scenes, and a good supporting cast. I'm still not a fan of Matt Damon, but hopefully the next 2 films will sway me. 6.5/10 The Invasion Remake of the 1956 film, Invasion of the Body Snatchers (which I loved), starring Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig. Truly awful. The editing and directing was some of the worst I have ever seen, and I'm pretty certain that this is the worst remake since the Coen brothers' The Ladykillers. 2/10 (I think Nicole and Daniel deserve a point each just for starring in this disaster.)
  8. £8.99 at HMV. Thought I'd see what all the fuss is about. Halfway through. Pretty good so far.
  9. Casino Royale My 8th viewing I think. Still feel's completely fresh. Hyped for 'QOS' now 10/10 Collateral Highly entertaining. Tom Cruise is pretty darn good in this. 8/10
  10. So true. Why are they so brutal?
  11. PowerplayDirect.com has the game available for pre-ordering at £35.49, with an R.R.P of £44.99. I doubt that this is the offical R.R.P, but maybe worth a pre-order incase they honor the price?
  12. Just returned from seeing Michael McIntyre's stand-up gig. Fantastic it was! Had many jokes about the Welsh and our language at the beginning, and his set was full of routines I had not heard before. During the first half, about 15 people went to the toilet! This resulted in him having to improvise and even jumping off stage and chasing after people! Hillarious. When the show came to an end, he pointed us out to a member of the audience, who had been asleep for most of the second half! Naturally, everyone got out of their seats to get a better look and it dawned on some of us, that this guy was a local celebrity, who star's in S4C shows. After many roars of laughter, shouting and nudging he still wouldn't wake-up. People began to fear the worse of course, but while we were walking out he finally woke. Phew... After walking my friend home, I decided to go back to the theatre to see if there was anyone hanging outside waiting for an autograph. There were 2 other lads there so I joined them. Had a bit of a chat for 10minutes, and then we saw this cloaked man with a briefcase being lead to a taxi by one of the theatre's staff. We thought nothing of it, but then it clicked, it was Michael McIntyre! Eek!! We walked down the slope and noticed the taxi driving away, but then it indicated to the right, and did a U turn. Yay, he came back to see his 3 fans! Legend! He signed our tickets through the window of his taxi and we had a bit of a banter about the show and he told us that he had tried selling his own signed picture on Ebay, but had had no success. The other two guy's asked for a picture, but he seemed reluctant to do this, so I decided not to bother him for one, but the other 2 guys did get one. We waved goodbye to him as the taxi went, and walked away with our signed tickets (which you can see below).
  13. Mario Kart has the blue wi-fi logo on it's official artwork, so I think we're safe there. I think this Pay and Play thing might be connected with the downloadable content news (found here) which means that we will just have to pay for extra content.
  14. Hmmm I think I've only had a wet dream twice, and I had my first wank after the first one. Especially when one has to hide it behind their dressing robe, while going to the breakfast table. Happen's left often now mind.
  15. Sleeveface one or more persons obscuring or augmenting any part of their body or bodies with record sleeve(s) causing an illusion for example :- Official website Heard about this latest internet phenomenon (allegedy) on BBC Wales News a few night's back and also saw a few articles in the paper. What are your thoughts on this? Anybody going to go searching for some old vinyl's? I know I am!
  16. Wheel look's bigger than I thought it would be in that trailer. Game look's good in motion and the Mario Circuit tune is awesome!
  17. - A person standing on their head outside a branch of Woolworths. Rummy (170!) - A Chihuahua. - Scrabble Scramble Game Boy Advance game - 5 recognizable licensed teddy bears together, i.e teddies based on characters from the world or film, gaming etc Shorty, Rummy (160) - A tin of Tesco's Carrot and Corriander soup Shorty, Jayseven, Rummy (150) Tally Rummy : 480 Shorty : 310 Jayseven : 150
  18. Head's up! Series 2 of That Mitchell and Webb Look is on BBC2 in a few seconds. EDIT: Very funny indeed, especially The Numberwang Code. 8/10
  19. £8.99 Well I'm seeing him live in April, so I figured I should have his material on DVD, and just incase I go stalking him for an autograph, I'll have something for him to sign. Won't watch them until I've seen the show obviously!
  20. I know it's a hoax, but I still find it funny. I'm ever so slightly tempted to pull off a few of those stunts
  21. Real Life Pokemon Battle The Injured Stormtrooper Live Action Pac-Man Mr. and Mrs. Fenton are retired. Mrs. Fenton insists that Mr. Fenton go with her to ASDA. He gets bored with all the shopping. He prefers to get in and get out, but Mrs. Fenton loves to browse. Here's a letter sent to her from ASDA
  22. Ratatouille More 'Monsters Inc' than 'Toy Story' or 'Finding Nemo', but it was a LOT better than 'Cars'. Again, it was 30minutes too long, so doubt I'll be watching it again soon. Maybe Pixar should go back to making 80 - 90 minute features, instead of 2 hour epics, then they could give us more movies. Fantastic animation btw! Best yet! 7/10 Licence to Wed A joy to watch Robin Williams once more during the first half, but it soon got boring and cringeworthy. The plot had potential, but was lame and there wasn't many jokes included. 4/10
  23. Paul's voice was a bit off (understandable considering what's going on in his life at the moment) but I enjoyed his set very much. The rest of the show was pretty embarrasing to watch though. Poor Vic Reves...
  24. In my car, at 3:00 in the morning, while on a date. We were just talking and holding one another, and it all went quiet for a bit. Realised soon after that we had both nodded off for about 15-20minutes. Was kinda cute. I later suggested that we both should get some proper sleep in a proper bed  It worked! :awesome:
