I'm really considering Win 7 ultimate, saw a preoder for it today at £169. Then I thought can I really justify that much dough on an OS. I said to myself probably.....

I found it quite amusing how this started off as a two man conversation. Like a Son father sort of thing. Anyway apparently Kojima wanted to do something new for a change in terms of 360 and wii.

Was soooo much better back in the days of proper knives and forks. Including spoon to boot. Yet they still insist on serving the bread roll, and other foods which are the bane of plastiware.

Is it possible for players to destroy headphones?

Well for me earphones always seem to vary in their life expectancy. At one point I was going through them quite quickly as you say between 2-3 months before they started to crackle (half life I guess) or even die all together. All I can say is try not to put any strain on the cable as much as possible. -

Well there is a possibility that jack on your Ipod is faulty, but that would only be possible to prove if the earphones/headphones worked fine in another device. Is probably down to how you store them. Do you wrap the cord around your nano when your not using it? Doing this can put a lot of strain on the connector of your phones and often results in reaching the one earphone working / none working as you described. -

Just found out I've had my card clone AGAIN. I think its just an unlucky account. They tried to spend £170 at some place call foryouhouse.com which is a fraudulent website. And then since that didn't seem to work they decided that they would top up their phone. Well at least perhaps the idiot can be traced through that mobile phone top up as all the data should be somewhere in cyber space. If that had been my main account however, I would be mega screwed. Actually having a look at that website makes me think it is those dodgy chinese people down at the dry cleaners.

Well at the cost of 2 grand shouldn't that be in the range of the invisible ones that are like some clear plastic that goes around your teeth. Although I guess the price has rocketed up since I last hear about it http://www.invisalign.com/generalapp/gb/en/index.html I don't regret having braces, I guess I only with getting them sooner than 15. But I'd say it was still worth it in the long run.

Well this is probably mainly for PC games, but kind of applies to some consoles too. And one of my biggest pet peeves are PATCHES. You've spent ages installing a game to get it to load faster or whatever. You sit down ready to play and blow however many hours doing whatever, and then downloading updates 1% of 397957930579034793479MB Back in the day there was none of this patches rubbish. Games just worked. Testers did a thorough job. Although one could argue games weren't as big. We had invisible walls and less games were in the pipeline, but at least pretty much 100% of the time without fail the damn thing would play from start to finish without error. These days games get crippled by poor workman/womanship

You need to reduce the size of your current partition by shrinking the size. Then using the new amount of free space create your second partition.

Hmm I might join in on the ready brek. I haven't had that stuff for years. Its purely for nostalgia might try that strawberry or chocolate stuff.

I've only ever used fedora, and that was fun and easy enough so I'd say Ubuntu, would be one step further.

Well at the office a co-worker an I have already started using the term: "bing it" I think it is a good counter measure as google is moving on trying to tackle microsoft on a different front, to allies join together to counter attack on the home field.

Just tried out Shaun T's Insanity work out ( Got it through teh interwebs ) I haven't sweat like that for a long time, pretty knackered. I wouldn't buy it as I don't think workout programmes should cost this much but I think it makes a good accompaniment to a weight based workout. Propaganda is thrown in the spoiler.

Well a good question that came up the other day is, who is terror? How can you win against an enemy that essentially doesn't exist/ potentially cannot end. Their is no true embodiment of this 'terror' thus the war on terror is more a war on people's freedoms and rights. A lot of this war on terror has resulted in the loss of people's freedoms, liberties and also led to the complete disregard for sections of the magna carta. Under anti terror laws in the US at least, your house can be searched without a warrant with or without you being at your place of residence. And you can be held for a number of days without charge or the right to an attorney. War on terror is mostly BS.

Apparently the yahoo homepage is the world's most visited website, that is what I've heard. I find it hard to believe, but I guess it is all their additional services besides search which gives them that title.
