Just got my first platinum! Woo yeah, it is from Tomb Raider Underworld which I incidentally have on rental from lovefilm. Go me.

Play TV was one of the main reasons I got a PS3 and it is a fantastic bit of kit. The picture quality is top class. One complaint from me is that it doesn't allow you to select a series link, meaning that you have to remember everytime a show that you want to watch is on. It's a minor niggle but it has led to me missing out on some really cool shows (Coronation Street). I guess it could be fixed with an update. Anyway, I've been absorbing all of the E3 stuff over the last couple of days and the one game I am really pumped for is Uncharted 2! It looks absolutely amazing! Assassins Creed 2 looks pretty impressive too.

I'm just finishing uni now and I am fully braced to be in the exact same position as you in 12 months. It can't be that terrible, can it?

I can see Arsenal going in for Vincent Kompany. City would surely be interested in Adebayor and I'd say £20 million plus Kompany sounds like a good deal to me.

Roberto Martinez is a class act, you guys up in Scotland will love him. Anyway, if you don't want him, you can have Simon Davey! I don't see instant success with Carlo Ancelotti, I hope that he is given at least a couple of seasons to get things sorted at Chelsea. Clearing out some of the (near) dead-wood and getting in some quality youngsters must be the first priority.

David Pleat was ok tonight, he can't seem to get his head around the pronunciation of Iniesta for some reason. It was just a breathtaking display from Barcelona. I'm especially pleased for Henry. I'm glad there were no tears from the United players, they knew they were beaten by the better side.

Owen Coyle is set to become Celtic boss according to this: BBC Gutted for Burnley if its true. They have to be massive favourites for relegation already and this isn't going to help.

This bad boy was my first phone, me and my brother had the same but mine was the green one and his was the silver. I think I got about £10 credit with it when it was new and I never topped it up after that.

The Motorcycle Diaries The story of about a year of Che Guevara's pre-Cuba life, and his exploration of South America as a young man. It is the story of how he developed as a person and the events that influenced his political views which led him to act in later life. It is an absolutely stunning movie, that is touching, engrossing and even funny in parts. 9/10 I can't wait to see Che parts 1 & 2 when they come out on Blu-ray now. Philadelphia Excellent, I'm sure most people know about this already but I saw it for the first time last night. Top performance from Tom Hanks, I wish he would make more Philadelphia's (and Toy Story's) and fewer Angels and Demons. 9/10

Well, I have to say that I'm looking forward to welcoming Newcastle to Oakwell next season. Roll on next season! The celebrations from Hull must feel a little bit empty, fair play to them for staying up but they barely deserve it.

Manager mode in FIFA is an awful reprentation of a management simulation. You should definitely get the most recent Football Manager game, it has the best user interface and most accessibility of all the sim games, in my humble opinion anyway. Nothing beats the feeling of guiding Barnsley to the Champions League final.

Managed to get the Singstore working for anyone who is interested...by changing internet connection. I guess that my terribly slow uni internet cannot handle all of the pop goodness so I'm going to have to get my new song fix everytime I go home.

I bought Singstar yesterday and I'm bored of the songs on the disc already. I've tried connecting to the Singstore but I keep getting error UE2-10, anyone got any ideas whats wrong? I can't really find anything about it through google. Anyone else having the same problem? It would be nice to know its not only me!
