  1. Those graphs really hit home how bad the Wii U is doing and the way Nintendo as a whole are heading. They're painting themselves into irrelevance but it doesn't have to be like this. They just need to cop on. Changes have to be made. 1 and 1/2 years in and I can nail on with absolute guarantee that Wii U is already going to be Nintendo's worst performing console. Hell, I said it before it launched that it was doomed to failure and got lambasted for it.
  2. I'd like that. The Lego games I've played and enjoyed all have voice acting. It brings the game to life and adds so much to the experience. Nintendo won't allow that though.
  3. Sorry you're right, that's what I mean.
  4. Nothing to do with this game but if you look at the triforce. There's a fourth triangle, the centre one. What if the 4 triangles made a square, 2 good, 2 evil. Link and Zelda on opposite sides and Ganondorf and a evil female accomplice on the other side. It's just a thought and it would balance things up but where has she been all this time?
  5. Take some of your own advice please.
  6. I don't need to get over myself. I just don't like them. Each to their own. Getting rid of some of this landslide of Pokemon assist trophies while not magical would free up more time for other franchises inclusion.
  7. It's not trolling, it's my opinion. Just because you sleep with the Pokemon and love the vermin. You trolled in another thread this morning or last night and I was going to throw one of your troll quotes back at you but decided to leave it. Now I'm going to find it. So what if Pokemon is more popular? Mario is infinitely more popular than Fire Emblem, yet you don't find that franchise smothering Smash like a disease. They've about equal cast members.
  8. Wanted to tell ye that GAME online had Resident Evil Revelations on Wii U for £12.99. But the heap of $h1t€ that is Wii U wouldn't let me and now it's over. It's things like this that frustrate me so much about this console. It's £13.99 at Base and in stock.
  9.    Pokemon, Pokemon, Pokemon. Enough already with the Pokemon.    Is it a Smash Bros. or a Pokemon game?

  12. Super Smash Bros. - Mario Jumps into Battle! (Wii U & Nintendo 3DS). Fan Trailer
  13. The good reason for buying is quality 1st party software. However, that's if you can live on just Nintendo titles and sparse releases of both retail and VC games, then go ahead. There'll be no more 3rd party support and a lot what was released was gimped in some way. I'd try to find one secondhand for around £120 if you can or one of those sub £200 new bundles with games. If I could go back I'd have waited post launch. It wasn't worth €370 and I wouldn't recommend it at its current price to anyone. Also, you say getting online is difficult, wait until you try getting online with the Wii U. It's definitely the worst device I've ever used regarding wifi. Then there's the paltry 32GB's. That won't go far if you download games. So then that's another €80 for a decent hard drive. The gamepad battery is crap but you can live with that. There are some very good games. Though the Wii U is in a bad situation, it has the best games of all the consoles so far. Here's a brief list: Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Mario Kart 8 Super Mario 3D World Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker Pikmin 3 Deus Ex: Human Revolution (Director's Cut) Mass Effect 3: Special Edition Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Nintendo Land LEGO City Undercover ZombiU The Wonderful 101 Tekken Tag Tournament 2: Wii U Edition Need for Speed: Most Wanted U Rayman Legends Scribblenauts Unlimited Splinter Cell: Blacklist Not a bad list for a dead console. Then there's a few others like on the VC. Zelda: Minish Cap, Earthbound and Metroid Fusion.
  14. You know there's several good ideas for the plot above but I don't think it could be pulled off with mime. It would need voice acting to convey the drama convincingly but nnnoooooo, that's not allowed.

If I was Microsoft I wouldn't be in any rush to launch the XB1 over there.
  16. It's lazy for Europe, what good is it being out in the US and Japan when you can't play it here? It's still a turd in the US and a 糞 in Japan.
  17. You forgot Wii Fit and worst of all Skyward Sword. The others I don't care about but Skyward Sword was a huge disappointment. It's Zelda, it should have been awesome, it was anything but. Referring back to Captain Turd, it's another lazy effort that's so lazy it won't be out this year.
  18. It would very much depend on the price. I'm not mad on it but hen sure I bought Ninja Gaiden new this morning more for my collection than anything else. I've no real intention to play NG after its mediocre reviews but it might be worth something in years to come if left sealed.
  19. Don't you mean spherical? Legend of Zelda: Twilight Galaxy.
  20. A sealed copy, perhaps in time. It's not a very limited produced game though. I do imagine some Wii U games in years to come will be worth money but they'll need to be the more obscure, lesser known titles.
  21. My guess is they must have cut back on staff in that department. How did they manage to cope with the Wii at its height? I had a Gamecube and Wii repaired before and there was no delay at all. It was very quick and painless. 3 weeks and still nothing done is ridiculous.
  22. I didn't know the Japanese didn't get the free game. That was scabby and makes its sales all the more impressive.
  23. Yes I noticed but I was more concentrating on the voice. It's not very feminine.
  24. I wouldn't say that just yet. If you look at Wii U, 12% of their releases are retail. The rest are all either VC or eShop. I'd put that down to there being no 3rd party support, scant 1st party releases and a reliance on indie developers with a smattering of VC games. If Wii U was doing well it wouldn't be anywhere near 12%.
