Like I said the sales weren't bad considering one was a 2 year old port and 2 lazy on-rail shooters. Imagine what the sales could have been if they'd actually tried and put a new and real game on the platform. MK8 sold over 2 million copies in a month so the audience is still active. I'm not saying it would get that number but we are starved and willing to buy quality games.

The Resident Evils sold well on Wii. Resident Evil 4 sold over 2 million, The Umbrella Chronicles over 1.5 million and The Darkside Chronicles sold over 1 million. Not bad for a 2 year old port and 2 on rail shooters. Capcom were happy with the sales. If they had released a true original Resident Evil game I'm sure the sales would have been even higher. There is a market for Resident Evil on Nintendo platforms.

Another embarrassing day for Wii U. Just add that to the Assassins Creed leak of no Wii U version and James Pond Reboot is cancelled on Wii U. All we get is bad news. Why have Nintendo let Megaman be in Smash when Capcom slap us in the face like this? The same goes for Namco and Pacman.

So he has a dictatorship? Article doesn't say Miyamoto has turned against Iwata. I don't know about the board, it is possible regardless of friendships. If you were in the passenger side of a car and your friend was going to drive off a cliff, would you let them? A lot of the shareholders are against Iwata but some are absolutely clueless about the game industry. Some of the questions they asked in the last AGM while hilariously stupid were very worrying. Get enough of the shareholders to turn, it wouldn't matter if the board was an entire close knit family of directors.

I saw this the other day but decided not to post it as I think he made a mistake and no point adding to the rumour mill. I think he's distracted while trying to play the game and talk at the same time. I'd say he meant Megaman. None of the others even noticed what he said or pulled him up on it. I wouldn't mind Rayman but I don't think he's worthy enough and they're probably set on 3rd party characters. Any other announcement wouldn't rival the other reveals.

I agree with your statement. While Nintendo Land and ZombiU aren't perfect or truly amazing, they are decent. They can be bought very cheaply now(around €10) so that's why I listed them. If they were full price I wouldn't have put them on there. The same goes for some of the other 3rd party games. Batman Arkham City should be on the list for the same reason. It is much better than the previous 2 games I was talking about. I agree with others sentiments, the gamepad is great for playing VC games. You don't really live in Shanghai do you? I was looking on gumtree and they've some decent ads there.
