Feburary Fixtures Right, Feburary has started, so here are the first bunch of pairings that will play Super Mario Kart this month. It's the first month, so I used a random number generator to determine who goes with who. @drahkon VS @Dcubed @S.C.G VS @Glen-i @RedShell VS @BowserBasher Now, I'm not sure if @viceview51 is IN! for Super Mario Kart League, if he is, then he'll face @S.C.G instead. Each of you will need to discuss when you'll be able to play. Private Message is probably the best way to go, but it's up to you. Make sure you play your three GP's before March. And refer to the second post on this page if you need a reminder of what you need to do once you start playing. And most importantly, get those screenshots on each race. Don't just assume the other person will get it for you. Have fun!

@Ugh first aid asked me to make this thread as she's playing this and wants to talk about it, but can't make a topic herself. She couldn't find one, so sorry if it already exists. As far as I'm aware, it's in open access now(?), so you can play it but it's not quite finished yet. Is this the boot up the backside that Pokémon needs or is it going the way of Yokai Watch, my money is on the latter, but I'd like to be proven wrong. Seeing as UFA has it, I'll probably give it a try in the future. I'm not super keen on it though. Seems too MMO focused and the monster designs are mostly below average.

Oh right, now that the first Fighter's Pass is all done, what did you guys think of it? I'm gonna rank each aspect of the pass, Character, stage and music from least favourite to favourite. Wow, that took ages. I'd say the Fighter's Pass was totally worth it, which is why I bought the second one already. EDIT: Oh right, and @Ugh first aid showed me this.

Honestly, forgot that was even a thing. Been ages since I dabbled in that. I was gonna do another World of Light playthrough using only the DLC characters and their spirits, but now there's a second Fighter's Pass so I'm holding off on that.

The Sothis fight was way easier for me than it should have been. Used a Damage 50% item. Chose Bowser with the Geno spirit and Gold Mario Support. Forward Air, Forward Smash. Done. Her health recovery and Sudden Final Smash didn't even kick in. Anyway, there's three enhanceable spirits in this bunch. So don't forget to nab two of those, @markderoos. Gotta keep that OCD LV 99 completion going. I'm starting to run out of snacks... Might be time to attempt some more 9.0 intensity runs. More importantly, I've made a highlight video of last night's Bylethic shenanigans. Warning: involves a lot of symmetrical violence. OK, let's hope I get this right... Blue Hair Female Byleth is @S.C.G, Green Hair and Green Clothes Female Byleth is @Nicktendo, White hair Female Byleth is @BowserBasher, Green Hair, Grey Clothes Female Byleth is @RedShell I can't quite remember which Byleth @LazyBoy went for, sorry. He's there though and he did play as Bowser here for a bit. Over on the Male side, we have me sporting the Black hair, Yellow clothed Male Byleth. Except near the end, @Nintendo Fan hijacked that one, so I then switched to the Blonde hair, blue clothes one. But then he switched to the default Male Byleth costume, so I went back to the Black hair one. Oh, and @RedShell and I were the Mii Gunners. I'm so pleased that I got the music to end perfectly.

Man, how mad would it have been if that happened? Bayonetta would have meant that we had a Microsoft character in Smash Bros! ...Wait... EDIT: Oh wait, I just remembered Bayo is technically owned by Sega. Man, do Platinum own any of their IP's?

Problem is, there's only 2 SNES tracks in this. So I had to use some N64 and GBA tracks as well as tracks that have the same name as a track from the SNES game... Anyway, character choice is limited to the characters that appeared in Super Mario Kart, which are: Mario Luigi Peach Toad Koopa Troopa Yoshi Bowser No, Donkey Kong isn't allowed. Donkey Kong Jr. is a completely different character. Brush up on your DK lore. Sign up Now!

Considering that there will be same screen multiplayer available for the first time, the Switch Lite wouldn't be ideal for that.

Starting today, the Gigantamax Alcremie raids have been replaced by Milcery. (All the other current G-Max raids are still more likely) Some of these Milcery can still Gigantamax though. Anyway, the thing to note is that these Milcery raids can reward you with Ribbon and Star Sweets, which were previously unavailable. The current more likely G-Max raids (Coalossal, Flapple, Lapras and Appletun) will end next week. Also, on the 27th of February, a new Mythical Pokémon for Sword and Shield will be revealed, this Pokémon will be featuring in the next Pokémon movie. There will also be a "Special Max Raid Battle"

That price is insulting. Around three times the price of Bank for some features that were already there in the 3DS games. And unlike Bank, the main selling point, being able to transfer Pokémon from older games, can't be done because the 200 or so Pokémon that aren't in Sword/Shield can't be transferred to Sword/Shield anyway, so they'll be trapped in Home. No way in hell I'm getting my Shiny Greninja trapped there. It's a rip-off.
