Yes please!

Tbh I love the Vanguard handcannon and hate Thorn. I might not risk any money on TLW. 13 rounds and ultra fast reload is all you ever need in a handgun. Plus it's legendary, so you can keep Ice Breaker or an exotic rocket launcher equipped. The two things I want most from the raid are the chest armour and Fatebringer, the raid legendary arc handcannon.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to run a weekly strike for a couple of weeks so I think I only have about 5 coins I'll do my best though.

When we had all those 500 errors last week, it was due to some DDoS (whether intentional or a spider/bot doing something wrong), the host put some caching on to try and help things. I'm not sure how they did it, presumably some kind of memory cache rather than the usual browser caching I would use. So, I've contacted them asking them to disable it, not sure how long that will take.

The latest episode was great but marred by its insistence on running with an "of the week" nature. It got in the way of the story they were telling, ultimately making the main plot into a subplot and leaving you unable to care about a character they really wanted you to. Why are the CW so scared to run with a proper story arc? They had all the building blocks there for them this episode,

If you get rid of him without him teleporting while his shields down, you get that one extra chest partway down the drop, and nudging him off is just a cheat way of doing that. Think the chest only has energies in though.

MM is probably my favourite game ever, and yet as I scan over your posts it's so foreign to me, I don't remember many dungeons, certainly don't remember the names of the bosses. I think I completed it once, maybe twice, fourteen years ago. I guess that stuff just doesn't stick with me very well.... Although I still remember the bomber's password, maybe I did the beginning quite a few times. I've always wanted to replay it, I bought it on the Virtual Console but didn't give it long. Since OoT 3D was announced I figured I'd hold out for a new version of some kind. And now this! For me it's perfect. I only play Portable consoles at home, or while staying away somewhere, not while travelling or otherwise being distracted, so I think it will be an awesome new way to experience it.

I'm starting to lose heart with the raid now. I think that was my 6th normal raid with the clan and I got nothing but ascendant energy and my 3rd or 4th Chatterwhite shader, which I can't stand in the first place. Think I'll actually have to give in and roll a second hunter tomorrow.

I'll be there, we originally said 7:30 so I'll be ready to start from then onwards.

Well, they're going to say that :p Reviews and feedback from the media however have said that you might be a little bit lost. That said, there's a reason I couldn't really get into Dragon Age Origins in the first place, so forcing myself to play it for the story is unlikely to make the process any smoother.... I'll just go through Dragon Age Keep and try to absorb it all :p cheers

If you take review scores into account, one of those should be pretty easy to exclude

Fans of the series: would it be worth playing the first game to catch up (which I already own) even if I'm going to skip the second one regardless (since I don't)?

Yeah it always goes quicker after the first one, once you have the system down and you've got the new weapons/gear it really boosts it. We had it down to under 90 minutes until they changed up the Atheon teleports. I expect to find nothing of use again tomorrow... they should come up with some kind of self-trade where you can swap 5 exotic weapons you never wanted in the first place for that one piece of armour you've been after for 2 months

That's pretty much their standard though, you can always grab an extra 5% by liking their Facebook page. Not that it's a bad price, it's just not a great deal. I'm keeping my eye out, but to be honest I don't think they'll get that cheap now that everyone needs one to play online.

I don't see what the problem is anywhere :p If it bothers you enough to debate it, simply exert a little willpower and refuse to stop playing without hitting an Owl. That's what I'll do. Easy. How other people play is irrelevant.

Total bust. Couldn't get the level 30s, settled with two random players. We did probably get further on the confluxes than before, to the "defend all three" stage but then someone died and it went downhill. Dan gave up quickly prompting one of the PuG players to follow suit, and then there was four, at about 10pm... so yea.

Yeah not keen on the changes to the atmosphere and the moon at all. Hopefully they take note of feedback and it changes over the next few months. That said, despite this being my favourite Zelda game ever, I've never been all the way back through it, so can't wait for this excuse to do so.

We could do both? If @Zell's free tonight around 6.30-7pm? I'd rather do the raid, and actually I don't think I'll be free tomorrow after all.

Yeah, I'm up for trying the Hard mode again. I got the gloves on the first raid, the boots on the second and have an exotic helmet, so on the last 3½ raids (counting the one I couldn't join in properly) I've only needed the chest plate, and in that time I haven't even found duplicates of the armour I have already Scored Praedyth's Revenge last night which is pretty sweet though, just wish I hadn't spent so much time leveling up my previous Void sniper rifle :p Edit: I quite liked the mixup with Atheon. Makes it a bit more challenging but in the past, I was always the relic bearer holder before and had hardly ever fired a shot at Atheon so it was nice to unload a few slugs in his stupid temperamental weak spot.
