Happenstance Posted September 23, 2024 Author Posted September 23, 2024 That's actually looking pretty good
MindFreak Posted September 23, 2024 Posted September 23, 2024 Not one for the cinema but will definitely watch it once it hits streaming. It looks fun enough.
Happenstance Posted September 23, 2024 Author Posted September 23, 2024 Oh shit, I've only just realised who Bob is in Thunderbolts. Never thought I'd see him in the mcu.
Julius Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Super Bowl trailer for Thunderbolts*: ...can they not decide on a font for the title or something?
Eddage Posted February 15 Posted February 15 Saw Captain America yesterday. I’d say it’s one you can wait for streaming if you were undecided about seeing it right away. I quite liked it, but it’s mid-tier MCU for me at best. I liked it more than Cap 1, but I really didn’t like the first as much as most people! 1
Happenstance Posted February 15 Author Posted February 15 Yeah that's mostly in line with what I've been hearing. The movie is fine but not great and just kind of plays it safe.
Julius Posted May 14 Posted May 14 (edited) Somehow Ironheart has ended up being the piece that closes out Phase Five, after Thunderbolts*? Alrighty then: Quote Ironheart, Marvel Television's all-new series from executive producer Ryan Coogler, launches with a 3-episode premiere June 24 at 6pm PT/ 9pm ET. It's a 6-episode show with the first 3 episodes dropping 24th June and the last 3 episodes dropping 1st July. Poster: I still need to make time for Thunderbolts* / *** *** ********, was looking forward to it anyways but the response to it has been great. Seems like Marvel is finally starting to gain a bit of steam again ahead of Fantastic Four and the Avengers movies. Edited May 14 by Julius
Agent Gibbs Posted Thursday at 12:24 PM Posted Thursday at 12:24 PM Thunderbolts is a great film, really well made and a great cast I feel sorry for Ironheart, because theres been no publicity and now its three episode drop followed by three episode drop, its like they just expect it to be crap, or the racial backlash to be so strong people don't watch. 1
MindFreak Posted yesterday at 04:43 AM Posted yesterday at 04:43 AM Thunderbolts was enjoyable enough but not great. It was a bit atypical in that brute force doesn't save the day but other than that, it was pretty standard Marvel. Worth a watch, though.
