Dcubed Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Hopefully there's a story behind that change. Perhaps it's part of the mirror universe that they jumped into?
Serebii Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Hopefully there's a story behind that change. Perhaps it's part of the mirror universe that they jumped into? Or after 20 years they decided to redecorate :p
Cube Posted August 17, 2012 Author Posted August 17, 2012 Hopefully there's a story behind that change. Perhaps it's part of the mirror universe that they jumped into? You mean how it's changed from this
Dcubed Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 You mean how it's changed from this That was all a dream. Back to Earth never happened! Or after 20 years they decided to redecorate :p Eh? I'll take it.
Cube Posted August 17, 2012 Author Posted August 17, 2012 That was all a dream. Back to Earth never happened! The female despair squid was in the water. So everyone had been drinking or near the water for a while. So the hallucinations started before the episode started, hence why the ship looks modern and clean.
MoogleViper Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Or after 20 years they decided to redecorate :p Where did they get the materials to redecorate? Such as: Where did they get the back end of a Pontiac in the middle of deep space?
Cube Posted August 17, 2012 Author Posted August 17, 2012 Everything is stolen from the quarters of the rest of the crew.
Serebii Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Or there were leftover nanobots who were coded to create it, just like they fixed Red Dwarf and recreated the crew
MoogleViper Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Everything is stolen from the quarters of the rest of the crew. Or there were leftover nanobots who were coded to create it, just like they fixed Red Dwarf and recreated the crew Which goes back to: Hopefully there's a story behind that change.

EEVILMURRAY Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 Managed to see the trailer on my TV, much better quality. Although Kryten still looks wrong.
Emma Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Managed to see the trailer on my TV, much better quality. Although Kryten still looks wrong. Totally agree. Really looking forward to it, my tv will actually be used for television!
Jimbob Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Can't wait, apart from watching police shows and sitcoms on Comedy Central, there is practically nothing i tend to watch on TV thats new these days. Give me some credit, i just started watching Big Bang Theory.
The Peeps Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Give me some credit, i just started watching Big Bang Theory. Can't give you credit for that but you can have my sympathy :p
MoogleViper Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Can't give you credit for that but you can have my sympathy :p Perhaps he meant to add "...and will never watch it again." Otherwise he receives negative credit.
Jimbob Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Perhaps he meant to add "...and will never watch it again." Otherwise he receives negative credit. It only makes sense if i'm drunk, otherwise it isn't that good. I can't get into it, which could be a good thing really. I should finish watching Inbetweeners and IT Crowd by the time the new Dwarf comes out.
Mike Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Official synopsis from Dave: Space battles, quantum entanglement, and love triangles with snack dispensers, are just some of problems facing the boys from the Dwarf as they return in a brand new series. Red Dwarf X, the 10th series of the legendary sci-fi sitcom, airs exclusively on Dave and Dave HD this October. Red Dwarf X returns with 6 x 30 min stand alone episodes, recorded in front of a studio audience and reunites the much loved original cast of Chris Barrie (Rimmer), Craig Charles (Lister), Danny John-Jules (Cat) and Robert Llewellyn (Kryten). The brand new series, written and directed by Doug Naylor, begins with the Dwarfer's mining ship still creaking though the wastelands of unchartered deep space, but the posse soon stumble upon the mysteriously abandoned SS Trojan. As they inspect the ship Rimmer receives an SOS distress call from an old foe and is suddenly faced with the dilemma of his life.
flameboy Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 Official synopsis from Dave: Hate how it says original crew when that's not true....Kryten wasn't there from start! Poor Holly
EEVILMURRAY Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 Hate how it says original crew when that's not true....Kryten wasn't there from start! Poor Holly Technically neither was Cat. It took him three million years to show up.
