Wesley Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 If it isn't then I think it's because you've just jinxed it.
Dyson Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 ONE MINUTE AAAAGGH Seriously, wtf is it gonna be. I can't imagine them not releasing the game early now, but my gut tells me they won't/can't. Hmm..
Dyson Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 We so excited. http://www.aperturescience.com/glados@home/
Wesley Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Well, I'll load up one of the games and go home. Get Limbo while it's still on offer.
Cookyman Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Well I've just preordered this for £29.99 for the PS3 that way I'll get a free PC copy too. Go to HMV.com and enter this code 3HMVOFF30 - bargain!
Magnus Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 We so excited. http://www.aperturescience.com/glados@home/ Is there a reason the Katamari Damacy ripoff is doing so well?
Daft Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 That's where everyone is focusing their effort from what I hear.
Magnus Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Well, obviously, but why? Surely it doesn't matter which game people buy? I just wish people would buy something that isn't just trying to cash in on another game's success, I guess.
Daft Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Why? It's a pretty fun game. Does it matter if it's a rip? Is Katamari even available on the PC?
Magnus Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Why? It's a pretty fun game. Does it matter if it's a rip? Yes. I was going to write more, but it would probably be a pointless discussion and it's not really on topic, anyway.
Daft Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 But it's just a silly indie game. It's such a basic concept, too. Anyway, whatevs, I enjoy playing it.
drahkon Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 This is off topic but it kinda fits right now: Is there any game from "The Potato Stack" that's really good? I don't want to spend 33€ for all the games when I only need one...but it is tempting...soooo tempting
drahkon Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Yeah, should have added that I already own Super Meat Boy
Daft Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Audiosurf. Although you probably already have that. The Wonderful End of the World is filled up past half way.
Magnus Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 This is off topic but it kinda fits right now: Is there any game from "The Potato Stack" that's really good? I don't want to spend 33€ for all the games when I only need one...but it is tempting...soooo tempting Toki Tori is great if you like puzzle games. Amnesia is also supposed to be really good if you're into horror games. Don't get The Wonderful End of the World, obviously.
Dyson Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Defense Grid is a pretty fun tower defense game, AAaaAaAAaAAaaaa and Drop That Baby are both very similar, but it's worth owning one of them for something a bit different (I recommend AaaAAa). Audiosurf is fantastic, really good if you like rhythm games. Super Meat Boy is the best of the lot but you have it already, so.. good man.
drahkon Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 (edited) Audiosurf. Although you probably already have that. Played it once. Didn't think it's good. Toki Tori is great if you like puzzle games. I was thinking about getting that and Rush. They're both kind of cheap I recommend AaaAAa Played the demo. Wasn't that appealing to me. Bully is up to grabs for 2,50€, as well... To say something on topic: I've locked myself out from pretty much every news regarding Portal 2 except for the announcement and the countdown. If I can afford it I'll get it sometime in the near future. Edited April 15, 2011 by drahkon
Dyson Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Oh! How could I forget Bit.Trip Beat? That's a pretty tough playthrough but great fun.
Shorty Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Not sure if gamers are going to unlock Portal 2 before its release date :3 It's a fun idea and will really drive up sales, but I think it's a little underhanded tbh! They're already swimming in money, now they'll make people buy and play their games when they don't really even want them.
Daft Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Looks like it's hardly making a dent to the deadline.
Shorty Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 First comment on here has gathered the best understanding of the unlocking process.
Daft Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 So that's 5 games on 100%. It's made like sod all difference.
