Ganepark32 Posted November 29, 2008 Posted November 29, 2008 ^ it's called Music Warz, not Song Warz. Didn't say anything about the music having to have lyrics. And anyway, Santana's better songs are those which do not have singing in them. And songs don't necessarily have lyrics in them. It's still a song.

Since when did I say that the Santana song shouldn't be in this because it's an instrumental? Since when did I say anything about the nominated songs having to have lyrics? Never, that's when. Keep up. Technically, it's not a song as it has no lyrics. You 'sing' the lyrics and you play the instruments. But we class it a 'song' to save valuable seconds of time. (Calling it an 'instrumental' then, in some cases, having to explain to the idiot what you meant.) I was merely correcting what Tales had said. Alas, he has only gone and edited himself to make me look the fool.
Bren Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 Santana's better songs are those which do not have music in them erm...... what?
Ganepark32 Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 ^ oops. Supposed to say 'singing in them.' Thnx for pointing that out. Deliberate mistake to make sure everyone is paying attention
Zell Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 Chu chu lovely etc sounded mindless and quite frankly annoying. My vote goes to Santana.
The fish Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 The santana song was boring. But the chu chu rocket song was shit. Who wants to listen to somebody screaming in an irritating voice? My thoughts exactly. Santana
Oxigen_Waste Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 Maximum The Hormone. Because it's funny. It still quite sucks. ^ it's called Music Warz, not Song Warz. It's still a song. Shut it, Santana has many great songs. You could've chosen something at random from his first three albums and any song would've been 15 times better than this turd. Congratulations, you're retarded.
Ganepark32 Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 ^ Really not going to bother having an argument over this with someone of your calibur, as you stupidly walked in here and decided to throw a hissy fit at me for no reason. Request to have his post edited/removed. Really no reason for his comments. But I'll tell you what though, some people on here are so shit-faced it's unbelieveable when it comes to someone's opinion. ^ he's a perfect example.

Ganepark32 Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 ^ I too like classic Santana as well as modern, although some of his stuff he's done with other artists has been awful. The album that Victory is Won is off, Shaman, is a good example of that. Even though I like both modern and classic stuff by him, Victory is Won just sits with me for some reason and that's why I love it. I'm sure it's the same for yourself with other songs.
