I think they're doing maintainence. Just hit try again, and it works for me. You don't have to do anything until Dyson returns - unlike with Supergrunch, I stuck to my word...

well on the actual game, i reckon 5-10 mins on average. with hour turns though we have time for food breaks and the like.
