Domo Kun Posted March 27, 2008 Author Posted March 27, 2008 I really am the only one who sees them as equals eh? Hmm..
VoLcOm Posted March 28, 2008 Posted March 28, 2008 I LIKE DAGS ! http://www.dogbits.org/images/siberian-husky.jpg how can you not love them ! ???
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 I like dogs, but cats will always win the war. Seriously, those of you who say that cats are not good companions and don't give a damn about you need to get your facts straight. Cats can be very caring and friendly companions. But they're also very independent and majestic creatures. Why is it that in dogs vs. cats movies, the cats are always the bad guys? I do have a small fear of dogs, though. Not dogs in general, but dogs who seem hostile towards me. Why? Because I once got bitten in the (wait for it) ass by a dog, completely unprovoked. I didn't even notice it before it was a few centimetres away from me. It left a very symmetric set of teeth marks in my one butt-cheek.
Raining_again Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Cats are win. Don't have one myself but would definately be the preference. ^___^ I got bitten by a dog when I was very small (in the face o_o) and i still have a slight fear.
Roostophe Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Why is it that in dogs vs. cats movies, the cats are always the bad guys? Because cats can actually look evil. The breed of cat that the main baddie in Cats & Dogs was is the most evil looking cat I'd seen. Dogs can look vicious, but never evil.
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Because cats can actually look evil. The breed of cat that the main baddie in Cats & Dogs was is the most evil looking cat I'd seen. Dogs can look vicious, but never evil. But seriously, dogs can look evil, just as cats can. Then again, one may argue they're just very ugly.
Cube Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Then again, one may argue they're just very ugly. Dogs that look like a Zombie don't really look evil. Just Zombie-like.
killthenet Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 I'd like to own a cat so I can abuse it, like all those lolcat owners seem to do.
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Dogs that look like a Zombie don't really look evil. Just Zombie-like. ... Are zombies not evil? Anyway, I find that the zombie-dog falls into the Uncanny Valley - that says something about how ugly it is.
kyletherobot Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Dogs win, I have only ever had a Dog as a pet so I can't really compare fairly. Those Cats on the teletext holidays ad are pretty cool though.
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 I'd like to own a cat so I can abuse it, like all those lolcat owners seem to do. Dare abuse a cat and I shall show you things with a baseball bat you wouldn't even imagine possible. *ahem* Sorry, I just have a weak spot with cats. Just move along.
Roostophe Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 But seriously, dogs can look evil, just as cats can. Then again, one may argue they're just very ugly. Ooh, no. The dog from Duck Hunt [/sarcasm] And that's just an ugly dog. Silly boy.
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Ooh, no. The dog from Duck Hunt [/sarcasm] And that's just an ugly dog. Silly boy. ... Well, I couldn't find any better pictures. But rest assured, dogs are perfectly able to look evil.
Roostophe Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 ... Well, I couldn't find any better pictures. But rest assured, dogs are perfectly able to look evil. No, they're not. You look for a pic of an evil dog, and you'll find edited photos (So they actually look evil.) and pics of a barking rottweiler. But nothing more. [/discussion]
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 No, they're not. [/discussion] I dare you to find an image of an evil-looking cat that's not been edited.
Shino Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Well, I've never seen a cat go out of his way to attack someone, unlike some "best friends".
spirited away Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Cats. I'm scared of dogs' barks - something that happened when I was a kid and now I have a knee-jerk reaction to a dog's bark.
Roostophe Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 I dare you to find an image of an evil-looking cat that's not been edited. www.catsthatlooklikehitler.com Your turn now, look for a dog that looks like Benito Mussolini and we'll call it quits.
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 www.catsthatlooklikehitler.com Your turn now, look for a dog that looks like Benito Mussolini and we'll call it quits. Oooh, but Hitler didn't look evil. Frankly, he looked stupid.
Roostophe Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Oooh, but Hitler didn't look evil. Frankly, he looked stupid. Did you ever not look into his eyes? Those eyes showed hatred and uncaring. Just like Cat's eyes. Coincidence? I think not...
rokhed00 Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 www.catsthatlooklikehitler.com Your turn now, look for a dog that looks like Benito Mussolini and we'll call it quits. Most of them look more like Mario than Hitler.
MoogleViper Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Cats. I'm scared of dogs' barks - something that happened when I was a kid and now I have a knee-jerk reaction to a dog's bark. As in your knee jerking to their face? Well, I've never seen a cat go out of his way to attack someone, unlike some "best friends". No but I've never seen a cat go out of it's way to play with or even help somebody.
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Did you ever not look into his eyes? Those eyes showed hatred and uncaring. Just like Cat's eyes. Coincidence? I think not... Never seen the eyes of my cats, then. They're very caring.
Roostophe Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Never seen the eyes of my cats, then. They're very caring. Nah, Cats hate everyone. They only like you because you feed them.
spirited away Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 As in your knee jerking to their face? lol, possibly...
