Why does the matter of my non existant contribution affect your immunity to criticism, constructive or otherwise?

 

EDIT:Wait, that made little sense. Basically, using the fact that I can't do any better is a bit of a lame shrugging off of my comment.

 

I'm not trying to troll or make enemies here, I just feel that without the artwork to go with it, the new cards lack the personality or charm of the old ones.

 

Essentialy, why is it now unacceptable to pass comment without people getting touchy or getting accusations of trying to derail a thread.

 

Also, the valiant effort comment wasn't sarcasm, I honesty appreciate the effort that goes into them, even if I feel they don't quite compare to the hilarious old ones.

 

DOUBLE EDIT:Also, I would sign up for one of these but I feel I am somewhat devoid of personality or charisma (on the internets anyway) to the point that the creators really wouldn't know what to mock on my card.

Valiant effort at an excuse but still, until you spend your time doing them then don't bother. And no, it's not a "lame shrugging off", it's a perfectly reasonable reaction.

 

People in other threads know that I'm getting increasingly annoyed at the stick I'm getting when all I try to do it contribute. It's the reason i stopped making signatures and will probably be the reason I will stop making this at some point.
