Kav Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 Well he's about 6 foot. It's not hard to miss a 6 foot guys head lunge at someone. I had to quote this, it's awesome!
Ramar Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 How the fuck can that Portugeuse (Sp) Nonce Ronaldo be sent off for Violent Conduct, the guy is fanny.... I questioned it when it came up on the bbc live text, I thought it was a mistake and someone finally done the world a favour and nutted him. Alas I was wrong and it was the other way round, got to stay up for MOTD just to see this, should be hilarious. I bet Fergie is fuming. As for Arsenal, 2-0 away win, good result, poor performance. Couldn't get any streams to work, but listened to it on Arsenal TV Online. Keep winning whilst playing shit and we could have ourselves a good season. Is there a MotD today? Yeah, BBC1 10:40
Daft Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 Yeah, BBC1 10:40 Cheers! Can't wait, Drogba scored another cracker!!

Ramar Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 Shame he doesn't talk to the BBC. Point, though I meant more in general than a post match interview. Which admittedly I didn't make very clear.
immy Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 God I am glad the football is back, life was getting boring. agreed totally. I think that the sending off of a reading player again wasn't fair, bloody refs
Daft Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 agreed totally. I think that the sending off of a reading player again wasn't fair, bloody refs Yea, that was an absurdly soft yellow and no way a second yellow. It was a good match though, I'll be glad if Chelsea keep playing like this. SWP ftw!!
Ramar Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 The African Nations will fuck Chelsea up. Losing Drogba, Essien and the lads will have a big negative effect on their season imo. Screw us over too, no Toure, Eboue, Adebayor.
immy Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 Watching match of the day, how the hell did man utd not score another goal!
Ramar Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 As expected a mincy rubbish headbutt, how disappointing.
harribo Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 How the hell did the commentator not question the Portsmouth sending off but questioned the Ronaldo sending off?
immy Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 Wasn't that much comment in ronaldo's foul, I think it should of been a yellow really.
Ramar Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 How the hell did the commentator not question the Portsmouth sending off but questioned the Ronaldo sending off? Muntari's first card was questionable, the second wasn't. And Ronaldo's was definitely a red, you can't even argue it.
gmac Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 why is Cech wearing his head protector again? I thought at the end of last season he had stopped wearing it, but he's worn it in both league games so far
Zechs Merquise Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 What the hell are united playing at? 2 points out of six? I know we're not historically the best time out of the blocks, but with all those summer signings this is pathetic, Portsmouth and Reading, FFS!
Ramar Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 We lost to Portsmouth once and beat them once last season. And we drew to Reading once and beat them once last season. Isnt all bad, jesus 2 games have been played its a long season. Exactly. Any complaints is just stupidly over reacting. Last season our first four games were DDLW. When it gets that bad then you can complain.
Max Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 expecting nani tevez to shine against man city. i thought nani really played good against pompy today. great crosser of the ball and real good dribbling, a real threat. tevez worked hard as expected, still not scoring! we created enough chances but havnt scored. bring back ruud!(or some other box player)
Ant-Shimmin Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 Ronaldo should be sent to the slaughter, scum of society etc etc.... Well United Fans where after Gerrard after his incident against Feynoord *Cheeky Laugh*
Dexter Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 why is Cech wearing his head protector again? I thought at the end of last season he had stopped wearing it, but he's worn it in both league games so far i dont think he fancies taking the chance of cracking his skull again. i can see man city doing utd at the weekend aswell....
Ramar Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 Just booked Arsenal's fourth home game of the season against Derby. Another fine £46 out my pocket. ;_; Payday soon, thank god. :P
Dexter Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 This should make for an interesting debate: Who is the worst player in the prem? My vote - Glen Johnson. Kak.
BlueStar Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 Ronaldo should be sent to the slaughter, scum of society etc etc.... Well United Fans where after Gerrard after his incident against Feynoord *Cheeky Laugh* Ronaldo got a 3 match ban. Was that correct?
Ant-Shimmin Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 Ronaldo got a 3 match ban. Was that correct? I'd hope so, truly shocking
