The kiddy image for nintendo came along with the launch of the Playstation, wich was advertised as an mature console for cool and grown up people, thus making every other console kiddy. I remmember when I was about 12, all the kids in my class called nintendo kiddy and every one seemed to have a playstation, and still until today I see more kids playing PS2 than a gamecube. The problem is ,at least here in Portugal (and I think in most Europe), most people started playing consoles in the PS era, and people don't call each console for its name it's all the same, it's all playstation (much like in the US in the late 80's and early 90's every console was a nintendo, at leasts that's what I see in movies :p ). Not counting some of my more instructed friends, every time someone see's my GC they call it Playstation. Now it seem's that nintendo is losing is kiddy brand, but the playstation brand is so well implemented in the peoples mind, that the revolution seems to be the only solution for Nintendo, and separate themselves froms the other consoles in the market, its such a great idea that it will certenaly work.

Yeah after watching the skull kid movie again, it is too much pause effect and it should be taken care of, but does the game look good, the shield is abslutely gorgeous! oh another thing is the way enemys die they do it exacly like in wind waker. I wan't to play this game so much, but I fear that it's going to be ported to revolution and that this 10 months where to update the graphics and implement the revolution controller.

LOL if you're going to play Baten kaitos hopeing to see FMV you're gonna have a big disapointment (I had one ), as for story I didn't think much of it, what's REALLY good in this game are the pre-render graphics and the battle system it's very entertaining. As for zelda, if you're talking about the pause it makes when link hits an enemy it's been there in WW already, I didn't notice until well into the game, but a friend of mine who's a really expert in hardware (like you) noticed at the first time laughed because he thought it was a slowdown (he's a pc fanboy, go figure), I guess they're not going to change that.

From my calculations the naruto fillers end in about 11 weeks or 2 months and 3 weeks, without counting with Kakashi Gainden episodes, so it might be less.

I love this game, it automatically became one of my favs after playing it, never finished it thought, it always happen when I stop playng the game for a day or 2 I have a theory that this game is based in some european history and mainly the portuguese one (not the plot just some geografical points and events), Like prince Henrique, he has the same name of the portuguese prince that initiated the portuguese discoveries around the world and "built" a new kind of ship who permits it, in the game the the city Esperaza is hard to pass because of the dark reef just like the cape of Good Hope (Esperança in portuguese) in south africa, and the portuguese we're the first ones to pass around it to go to asia, then in the game we're the first persons to go to Yafutoma wich is identical to japan, in real life the portuguese we're the first europeans that japanese actualy saw, and the last thing I remember is when you circuvent the globe in the game you're the first one to discover that the world is round just like the portuguese Fernão de Magalhães. Hope this doesn't sound to patriotic from me :p

WOW that looks great !!! (for some reason this thread wasn't high-lighted before). For some reason my pen-tool doesn't stroke normaly, it puts a line that fades on boths sides, i've been in the brush properties but it still does that the coloring seems nice, but he seems to pale, as for the outline its good in most places but in the more detailed parts like the fingers it's a bit weird :p

More goodies from BigTac, please feed us more. Btw I'm getting a bit upset of earing that all this games will be FPS, c'mon have some creativity!

LOL, I didn't post after you, even if it was aimed directly at me, because it wasn't my actual intent to call you a xbox fan boy. If I had an xbox360 I would be playing it a lot more than my gamecube especialy with XBL, and with games shortage in the cube I might even consider it dead.

You gotta be kidding, I don't know a person that owns a PS2 that's not modded (and its a lot more than the persons I know that have a cube). This is a serious problems, and I don't understand how can developers support a console with that much piracy.
