Hell yeah the showroom I love that place. It's actually not too bad to get to cineworld so long as you have 3 friends and a cab number handy. works out cheaper.

the actual tickers don't bother me- only £4 for me, I get raped by the cost of public transport out to the shit hole retail park that houses the only blockbuster worthy screens in Sheffield. For other films however, It's all about my local independent.

Serenity is better than Star Wars. The question of if it should be regarded as the best sci fi is something else. I've always preferred James Cameron stuff over each.

you should make time for it. I just read through it in 3 days so it's not a hard book to get through and the language is utterly brilliant. All his similes and metaphors are based on technology etc and it just paints such a vivid expression of his world. Quality stuff.

I've only read that and All Tomorrows Parties. Think I'll buy myself more of the sprawl trilogy though, the other two sound ace as cakes.

having seen the whole thing, i went from horror, to laughter, to anger and eventually to utter, utter pity. I really do feel sorry for the kids being brainwashed like they are. It's such a dreadful waste of potential. Sad really...

I fracking love Interpol. They're utterly bitchin. 10/10- especially for Obstacle 1 and Slow Hands The Dears. ah, missed my window! CSS get a 10 anyway. They rock my face something hardcore.
