I played all the others I'm just not too arsed now. I'm increasingly less tolerant of Kojima's perposterous style- those cutscenes are looking increasingly ridiculous in the face of games like HL2, and the gameplay was never strong enough without that interest. The controls in particular are really, really shit.

becasue they want to rip you off. I'm actually very unconvinced by this game. i don't know why but I'm just not that bothered any more- all I expect is waffle cutscenes with average gameplay pulling them together. Nothing special really.

ooooh that is way back. I'd avoid pvp for now if i were you- you'll just get minced. Concentrate on the questing as pvp at 70 is way better.

frontman is alright, tho he looks better when he's not trying to look so moody. Quite a charasmatic stage presence when I saw em a few years back.

MS won't drop the brand. They just spent about ten billion dollars + establishing it fer gads sake. should add that the xbox brand will probably diversify to be a kind of home entertainment brand with an expansion of on demand movies, tv shows and games making it more of a front lounge device for all things instead of a games machine with knobs on that it is now.

see, i reckon the wii is a one off, with similar tech being brought in to next gen efforts from Sony and Microsoft, without ditching any credability as proper games machines. It's proven to be a greater success as a toy than a proper games machine and any progress to the medium has been...siddways, not forwards.

Yeah it's definitely stronger than Lost. Lost is clever, but over the years it's lacked a certian cohesion that BSG has always had in spades. we're in the 4th and final season now and the way elements of the series' as a whole are starting to make more and more sense, leading up to an incredibly interesting climax is really, really paying off. And such performances to get it there too. This weeks episode had some really amazing stuff coming from even the B list cast members.
