musically it's far more accomplished. Gonna give it another whack tomorrow methinks- they've got some crackin tunes. Nothing quite as outright joyous as Lets Make Love... however.

owch. Over The Dark Knight, too! That's just not cricket. I'd go and see it alone if I had too you know. It's rather excellent. weird, isn't it, that going to the cinema alone is considered really odd but all you do is sit still in a dark room and not talk for 2 hours?

It will be. Uni is hands down the best thing I ever did. being let down blows big time. I got that recently with an old friend I really wanted to see when I got home from Hull and it took me weeks to arrange anything. All my effort, too.

I've never actually heard Biffy Clyro. Their name always sounded like an emo band but then it turned out they were all hairy and rocky. May actually investigate. This eve: The Mars Volta are providing my ears with nourishment. I've laso decided it's high time I gave The Police a proper listen.

I'm not sure who said it first, but I always liked the quote 'dogs have owners, cats have staff'. sums them up really well. I prefer the hands off thing with Cats- mine hang out with us but they don't particularly need to. Dogs, while they can do more stuff and can be trained are far more dependent. I don't think I'd love raising one, but I do think alot of dogs are ace. gARRY gREATIE* has a Poodle called Monkey and she rocks. She's a proper hunting poodle too- not one of those silly french toys.
