I'd probably bump New super Mario bros on that list to Must-Haves. It gets a bad rap because of its plain art style but level design wise its just as perfect as any of Nintendo's other 2D Mario games. Wario Land Shake Dimension and Muramasa should probably be there somewhere. Also glad Mario Kart Wii gets some love, it totally deserves to be where it is. Yeah it really does.

Although I prefer the Galaxy games I think its perfectly understandable that the NSMB games are more popular. They are a lot easier to get into to for pretty much anyone of any age.

yeah that's exactly how I feel, Reggie seemed to be saying there was more to this game then that on Gametrailers, just after the press conference, but I didn't really see anything new content wise. I guess its fine if you've never played it before, but Its hard to justify what they've shown when the game is already available and cheaper elsewhere. plus it'll be even cheaper in a couple of weeks on steam during the summer sale.

maybe I'm wrong but I think most people that really wanted to play this game, already picked it up last year. For the few that haven't though, I can't recommend this game enough though. its easily one of the most enjoyable games of this gen. From what I saw at E3, the Wii U features don't seem enough for me to buy the game again, certainly not at full price. I'm still unsure if there is any actual new content outside of having your inventory menu on the gamepad's screen. Stuff like being able to control the batarang manually could be done in the other versions of the game, just with a analog stick so that's not really a new feature.

wow I can't wait. sooo many references to things I grew up with in that video. As someone whos first ever game was Ninja turtles for the NES and loves gta games, this seems like the ultimate game to me. Just a shame the release date has gone fuzzy again.

Pikmin 3, NSMB U and Lego City looked great to me, and as far as the console itself goes, its got tons of potential. But other then that, there was nothing for me. Batman AC is a great game but I already own it and the new features the Wii U adds isnt enough for me to buy that game again. I probably won't get getting a Wii U at launch.

I don't know why I noticed this, but the sound effect the Wii U gamepad made when the guy playing the zombie game got a message saying "what is your mood", was the same sound effect you hear in Jurassic Park for the Snes when you use a computer. Pretty much all I have to contribute to this thread.

I never thought of it like that. I was thinking of just a remake of the forklift track from the orignal game but yeah, going through the warehouses would be better, with maybe even a cameo of the homeless man that teaches Ryo fighting moves at the dock, standing around inside one practicing kung fu moves lol

If Ryo hazuki from Shenmue returns I hope they have a stage set in Dobuita, racing around the docks where you had forklift races in the original game. All that said, I didn't enjoy the original at all, so I hope this is a lot better. (MKWii was a much better game imo.)

wow that looks great, I like the animation a lot. I guess the Skylanders style interaction could be interesting, but the uses shown in that trailer seemed a bit gimmicky.. but whatever, i know my nephews would love that stuff.

I didn't notice it the other day, but they have added a new option that wasn't there last year called "Game Trailers", which is just 4 trailers for Kirby games.

I'd probably go with PC, more specifically using Steam for all my purchases. I have a 360 and a Wii, but when any games I'm looking forward too come out on both 360 and Steam, I tend to choose the steam version.

The channel is back up now, however its all the same episodes it had last year. I was hoping it would be the next 50 episodes in the series.

I really enjoyed the Taker Triple H match. I thought the Cena Rock match was overall pretty boring though and was disappointed with it. I was very surprised by the winner.
