I have to agree that getting PSO now probably isnt such a good idea - Online is pretty much dead and offline isnt much fun, even in multiplayer mode. However someone has set up a private server which apperently quite a few people have gone online with.

Phantasy star online episode 1&2 had nice graphics in the new areas like the Jungle stage: The level had three sections to it, one in the Jungle, one in a mountain area and a seaside area.

Back when I used to play Phantasy star online, a lot of american players I knew used to talk about it and I always ment to buy it but never got around to buying a copy. I havnt got a clue where I'd get it from now though.

A update of Punchout! is well overdue. And I hope the next Starfox is done by the original team.

I got Smackdown vs Raw 2006 for PS2 last Friday and I supose completed it last. Theres still a few things to unlock but I've got the main stuff I wanted: Million Dollar man and Wrestlemania 9 arena. I also finished Lego Starwars on the same day.

Apparently NGC is going to finish as well…which would really suck. =/

Which joke is that? I have to admit laughing at their (NOMs) Verdict comment for Donkey Kong country 3 for the GBA: The appeal was always the graphics. Be honest. Now the looks have faded, you can see she was never that interesting in the first place. Fat bitch.

Jurassic park for the snes got reviews like 69% and 75% from most the mags at the time and I never got a game that scored below 85%. It was kind of dismissed as just another movie tie in game and crap. I wasn’t a huge Jurassic park fan so I wasn’t buying it for the name. However since the way they described the game didn’t seem that bad at all to me I thought it would be worth getting . I went out on a limb and brought it and its ended up being one of my favourite snes titles that I have. I still go back to and play from time to time (I played it just last month). When you where walking around the island itself the game had a top down perspective like Zelda alttp but when you went inside a building it changed to a First person shooter which was very different at the time. The missions/ things to do involved powering up the computer so you could open and shut the gates around the park, clearing a ship of Dinosaurs before it leaves the island, finding ID cards so you can access new areas and wiping out a raptor nest. That game does however feature the worst ending for a game ever.

Aswell as all the games mentioned so far, Donkey Kong Jungle beat is one of the gamecubes best games.

The cut scene in the spirit temple in OoT just as your about to fight the Iron Knuckle- dramatic music hits and then he suddenly realises he forgot his axe and the music stops, then clicks his figures and one appears and the fight gets underway. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for the DS has loads and loads of funny dialog in it too.

The music in Phantasy star online 3 CARD and the music in Phendrana Drifts in Metroid prime are some of my favourite tunes. The music from the forest and jungle stages in Phantasy star online epside 1 & 2 are pretty cool too.

I'd like to know the specs - they've pretty much already said its going to be the weakest of the 3 consoles so they have nothing to lose. All the same I'm pretty sure the specs will come out, software companys will the specs and I'm sure someone working for one will leak it sooner or later.

Taboo Tuesday seems to be causing some bad luck for wwe at the movement. Kanes got a badly injured back and is almost certain to not be able to wrestle, Edge is also injured and now wwe.com says Christian has just quit working for wwe.

I think Pikmin 2, Paper Mario 2 the thousand year door and Donkey Kong Jungle beat with bongo’s (don’t bother getting it without bongo‘s) are some of the best games for gamecube. About Mario power tennis - as already mentioned it’s a lot better with friends because the multiplayer mode is excellent. The single player mode is fun but but very lacking - you can see and unlock everything in about an hour and a half/ two hours at best .

Yep Donkey Konga 2 with Bongo's arrived this morning for me too. For some reason the box it arrived in was really mashed up - it looked like someone had been kicking it around for 20 minutes or something. Nothing was broken though and it all works. BTW, there where 2 versions of Donkey Konga 2 available at the Nintendo site one with Bongo's one without (both the same price in stars).

I haven’t received my Donkey Konga (with bongos) also. I was hoping it’ll show up this week.

The whole chase section on Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater. Its probably something I’ll never forget as well as the great music that added to the whole experience. The ending for that game was pretty emotional too. Another gaming moment I’ll probably never forget was getting online for the first time on Phantasy Star Online for the Dreamcast. Seeing a lobby slowly fill up with everyone’s different characters and everyone talking to each other was just brilliant. Also Link delivering the final blow to Gannon in Ocarina of Time is one of my favourite gaming moments too.

He's talking about this wonderful thing: I don't know if its will work with a PAL Snes although Snes controllers are universal so I guess it should work.

I got my SNES on launch day and it has indeed turned urine-yellow. Although my dad smokes he never smoked in my room. I always thought the yellowing was because of the sun beaming down on it though my window every day, which is why the underneath of it is still as grey as the day I got it. My Dreamcast is started to get the same sort of colour as well.

To be honest whether or not I brought this game rested on the Streets of rage games being included because the only other game on the disc I‘m interested in is Sonic CD. Maybe I‘ll import the Japanese version...

Was there any word on if Streets of rage 1,2 and 3 have been taken out of the eu version? They removed it from the US version so the game wouldnt get a 'teen' rating.
