Hi all, recently I've been having some internet problems and I just can't seem to find out what's causing it. Ok.. So I have a good internet connection (not totally sure but I know it has to be at least 4MB+) but I'm getting rubbish download speeds. Whenever I download files it starts off at a good rate (best was 1100kb/s) which it should download at normally, but it instantly starts going down until it gets to about 50kb/s and sticks at that. It's as if the speed is being drained... I don't know what's causing it though, my pc is upstairs and I have one downstairs too (the family pc) and the downstairs one works just fine, speeds are fast and stay fast like they should. I've tried downloading the same file on both pc's to test my problem and it's always the same. The downstairs pc gets the file in 5 mins whereas the upstairs one would take 1hr or something to download it. It can't be my pc that's at fault because I had it at my mums house until recently when I moved to live with my dad, it was acting fine until I moved it here. I had it at my mums and it was fine, then I moved it here and the problem started. I'm using a router, all I did was plug the internet cable straight from my pc into the router (internet does work, just downloads are slow), should I have done something else when I plugged it in to make it work? I've looked at the router settings and I can't see anything that would be limitting my bandwidth... It's a big problem for me because I play MoHAA online and it's also taking me ages to connect to servers and sometimes doesnt connect at all. Thanks to anyone who has read through that mess, I wasnt really sure how to explain the problem and thanks in advance for any help

I don't find it immature to notice the similarity between wii and wee. It's just funny. Obviously anyone saying that the Wii will actually be 'piss poor' (sorry) because of the name is immature, but there's nothing wrong in making little jokes. And that e-mail is great

Personally I don't like the name and I can't see a lot of casual/new gamers (at least from the U.K) choosing that over the ps3 or 360 with a name like that. I'm only referring to the small amount of people that will go into a shop thinking 'hmm what console shall I get, ps3, 360 or.. Wii??' I think most, if not everyone, here will still get the Wii when it comes out. I think when I get mine though I'll just call it my Nintendo or still call it the revolution... I just can't see my self saying that I'll be going upstairs to play on my Wii. Don't regard that as immature please because it's not, I'm sure none of you would like to be heard saying that you like to play with your Wii. It doesn't make me think any less about the system and I'm still as psyched as I was before about getting it but I just don't like the name.

To be honest, I'm still going to get the revolution when it comes out. I'm just going to completely ignore the name they've given it. Child in games shop: Mum mum! I want a wii, let me have a wii! I need a wii! mother: ok ok! We'll go home then. Child cries. Mother is confused. The child will not stop. Mother tries her best but nothing helps, she doesn't know why her child is upset. Mother gets more and more stressed... pulls out her shotgun... 15 dead in highstreet rampage! Did I go too far?

They cannot keep this name, at least not for anywhere outside of Japan. That's if it's real anyway, why would Nintendo release this name now when E3 is so close? Maybe this is one of the names they were going for and they've announced it to get people's reactions so they're not laughed at when they stand up at E3 and say 'who wants a wee?' *clutching at straws*

So while my brother's playing with his 360 I'll be playing with my wii? Doesn't sound too good to be honest... I hope we get a different name for America and Europe, Wii just doesn't suit us.

Happy St. Georges Day everyone. Most of my friends don't even know who St. George is despite me telling them every year. It's a shame that in this country we all celebrate St. Patricks day but on the whole do next to nothing for our own patron saint.

I think the earliest we'll see it is September but October is more likely. Didn't I hear that there would be a worldwide release for this game - or am I just dreaming?
