It's rare that you get one within 20 days in my experience. Now and then you'll get lucky and get two in the same week/2 weeks but not very often :p @Haden how is the new thread coming along?

Yeah he seems to be active. I don't know how teams were selected because it doesn't seem to be based on the results of the CL.

I'd love to join in with the league but I nearly always work on a Thursday... hopefully I can catch a few games with you guys at other times!

(welcome back Nintendohnut!) I watched this tonight and fucking loved it. Spider-man is seriously my favourite superhero and I feel like this film (and the first) gets the character down so well. Spidey's dialogue is great, very funny. The film itself was fantastic. I thought the first film was great but this was a whole new level. Just brilliant to watch, dunno what else to say :p (edit after watching @ReZourceman's review) - spot on dude, great review! Agreed on pretty much every point.

Yeah it doesn't matter where you place your players on the tactics page, defenders are just defenders, midfielders just midfielders :p You will pick it up but the game does seem to favour a strong midfield which is why most people opt for 3-5-2 and 4-5-1. Most teams have a home advantage but it's not standard, some teams will perform better at home than others and some teams are better away. There's a reason why the Xpert slogan is 'easy to play, hard to master'. When you pick your match line up you want to pay attention to teamwork values, form, strength and average age - but most importantly DV. You need to keep your players in high form and they need game time or they will not raise in skill. Look at your opponent's team and try to anticipate how they will play, think what you would do with their team against yours.
