Hmmm... I would advise everyone who has ordered with ShopTo to check their inbox because, I just got an e-mail from DPD confirming that my PS4 will be being delivered on 28/11/13 so it seems that at least some - if not all - of the consoles have been passed on to the courier a day early by ShopTo! I'll keep you updated if I get any more info but for now it would seem likely that I will be receiving my PS4 tomorrow with any luck.

I pre-ordered a box-set with them - due to be released on a Monday - I got it on release day at around 8:30am so going by that I'd say there's a good chance they'd come through on launch.

My copy was dispatched at 10:15am this morning.

That's... not very good. Must have been a recent change because I definitely got reward points from ordering my Wii U at launch, was something like £12 worth I think at the time so they have either changed this within the last year or, it's just for PS4/XBone because they aren't quite feeling 'generous' enough to give you points on them too being that the consoles are in high demand anyway or something to that effect. It's a shame as I was planning on using the points but, never mind... I suppose we still get a good deal on ShopTo for regular purchases. : peace:

All I'm concerned about is, what happens to your account plus games you've downloaded if say your Wii U breaks, send it in for repair, it can't be repaired, so you get sent a new console but... you've then lost everything. There has to be some sort of middle-ground. ------------------------------------------ Anyway, back to positive press... I think the Wii U will actually do surprisingly well this Christmas and especially well next year. : peace:

Tesco tend to work on the rule of 'if it sells quick, get it on the shelf' so in the branch where I work there's loads of Xbox/Playstation and then there's one section which has some Wii/DS/3DS games and then the odd Wii U game when there is a big release; we tend to get all the Mario titles, Zelda was on the shelf at one point... but that's it. This might change soon though especially as we're on the build-up to Christmas now, also I'm on my two week holiday from work and usually whenever I go away and come back something always seems to change, so naturally this time I've got my fingers crossed for them revamping the games section... which will happen anyway but possibly more in favour of PS4/XBone. Really though it's stupid for them NOT to stock the Wii U and its bigger selling games as they are turning away potential profit, if only they would just jettison most of the third-rate Wii/DS games they have there - keep the good ones - and maybe slim-down those awful Skylanders figures - which serve only to rip-off ill-informed parents even if they do sell - then they would have a much better section overall which would make more sense. Would they listen to me though? Not likely... I'm paid to serve, not to think sadly so it looks like it could be the same situation when I return but you never know, they might cotton on to the fact that there's more of a demand for Wii U stuff than they realise, we'll see anyway.

£3... ...try £30 and then they would actually be competitively priced. :p What is the point in all these companies claiming that 'digital is the future' when it costs more for a final product which costs the company significantly less for them to put out there due to a lack of a physical medium? Apart from 'arcade' - digital only - and anything I get free on Plus... forget digital, it'll be discs all the way for me.

Speaking of PS+ I'm now officially a member! Used one of my multiple 90-day trials that I acquired almost half a year ago off Coke Zone - before they deleted everyone's points/accounts and raped the website - in preparation and fortunately I have until 31/12/2015 to redeem them all so I'm pretty much covered for my first year and a half of owning a PS4! Naturally I have 'downloaded' everything that I'm entitled to apart from Uncharted 3 and Gravity Rush which I already have. Roll on Friday! : peace:

I'm still playing this a little bit nearly every day so I'm still discovering all the various activities, really liked the Scuba-diving, don't really have enough room for the Luge run but it's still enjoyable oh and the Ball tilt where you have to get the balls in the holes is even more brutal on the hardest setting. :p Some of the activities feel a little poorly thought out but fortunately there aren't so many of those; still putting in about half an hours exercise a day currently and I'm finding it rewarding.

I would say, get Flower and Killzone but only get Battlefield if you really want it... as for Fifa, it'll be cheap if you pick it up later down the line.

Watched it, loved it! No complaints from me, it was a perfect 50th celebration of Dr Who. So... many... references! (and Fez's) I can't wait for the Christmas special and the next series.

Congrats H-o-T I had no doubt that you'd finish the game before this weekend is out really glad to see that you enjoyed it though as it makes me look forward to finishing it too in a way - though I'm a few dungeons off yet - though I still intend to relish every moment of this glorious game. Have you still other things to do also? Mini-games etc? Does anyone else use the 'game notes' feature to note down which heart pieces they have found or is it just me? I always do this in every Zelda game on the 3DS as I find it helpful when you get down to those 'last few' just as a reminder. : peace:

...so Q1 2016 for us then right? :p (if we're lucky)

Awesome news... ...I'll wait for the Vita version. I should have finished Persona's 1-4 by then hopefully. :p [/heathen]

June 2014 for Japan... ...so Q1 2015 for us then right? :p

Yeah I was out and about yesterday, had my 3DS with me - because obviously I don't want to be without Zelda: ALBW - only to find a special appearance from Aonuma when I checked my 3DS upon returning, I was well chuffed!

Notice how all the EA games are over £60... 'EA Games, challenge everything, even reasonable pricing' #4GetThePlayers

'Dem sales... :awesome: I should really go back to Pokemon but... ...Zelda!

I'm really loving this game so far! I was pleasantly surprised that you can actually go quite far on the map even at a very early point in the game:

Official? I'm guessing in white and probably in really bad condition... It's odd the black balance boards seem to be harder to find - and are more costly for some reason - while the white ones you can find anywhere, pretty cheap too, there seems to be some newer condition ones on eBay but you'll probably expect to pay at least £20 for those. I managed to snag an official black balance board which is on it's way to me as I type for £40 new in box with Wii Fit plus which I thought wasn't bad considering some places are still selling that set for £60 + new! Did get to try Wii Fit U out last night - joined the N-E community - and it's good... very good in fact, was gonna have a go on it this morning but Zelda arrived so. I do intend to use it regularly though and will no doubt be on it later. : peace:
