@ Goron and danny, Agreed!! Don't underestimate the draw and appeal a team like Ferrari and some of the other names bring to the sport. F1 would be in for a real finacial shock should such teams pull away from the sport, because no-one is going to want to pay £200+ for a race ticket to watch the likes of Lola, USF1, Wirth Research, Epsilon Euskadi, RML, Formtech, Campos Racing, iSport racing around the track. In removing the top manufacturers you are removing the history and foundation F1 is built upon and like Goron said [and indeed Ferrari], you might aswell rebrand the formula category. Yes F1 is supposed to be the pinnacle and a manufacturer such as Ferrari is a pinnacle manufacturer held in such regard for a reason. As well as the best drivers/technology, F1 is about the top teams and brands, true legendary names in motor racing battling it out. Raikkonen Webber

Don't agree, it's anything but slow when you're trying to keep your boost meter loaded at all times. And driving at constant boost on the wrong side of the road, dodging and weaving cars is one exhilerating ride. Plus it looked great and had some great tracks. NFS: Nitro - Producer Interview That's definately peaked my interest in this 'Bad-ass, not kiddie' game! haha! Looking forward to a proper in game trailer!

Gametrailers Review - 4.7 can be completed in under 4 hours! and even quicker in co-op! Little replay value, and next to no achievements/trophies.

Bernie has said the two-tier system won't go ahead, though maybe that's just his thought and not definate: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/formula_one/8052680.stm It's now a case of whether any agreement can be met on the budget cap. With F1 2010 entries due at the end of the month, it's definaelty possible some big names wont be on the grid next year! And Mosley has said that if Ferrari and the other teams are late on deciding their future, they could well find themselves without gridslots. Yes new teams are good for the sport, but I was just watching the classic Monaco races on the red button and you hear the likes of... Lotus, Porsche, Alfa Romeo... these are the teams that should be getting back on the F1 grid, and names like Aston Martin.
