  1. You make a good point about E3. Although would that require a stage show (which of course I'd be in favour of)?... Otherwise whilst Treehouse is always a potential show stealer, do we expect playable games and not just playable tech-demo's? Playable games would be a huge surprise. Mind you, what are we expecting from Treehouse this year given the Wii U/3DS line-up? I'd expect A LOT of Zelda, which I'm going to have to stay away from. Tbh I can't remember what went on a that PS4 event. I just remember really enjoying it and everything that came out of it. I thought there were games there, but I must be mistaken.
  2. Something akin to that NYC PlayStation 4 launch/media event would be incredible.
  3. I was at ComicCon yesterday and picked myself up a Gameboy addition: £4, couldn't refuse. Think I plan to make a fitting display for this classic. Wario Land and Dreamland 2 were there as well but not up to scratch in terms of condition. It was a lot of fun seeing all the retro games and consoles around
  4. Did you ever play Little King's Story? That game was awesome! Something similar would be a fantastic spin-off Zelda game; with Link building Hyrule, recruiting archers, knights, townsfolk etc... You could build a stable, breed horses and other working animals, cultivate the land... throw in Malon, Tingle, Fairy Fountains throughout the land, stunning music, lots of collectables and treasure to uncover. Man I'd love this as a spiritual sequel to Little Kings Story.
  5. ... well at least @Serebii managed to get all his work done a day early :p
  6. £29.99 at Gameseek http://www.gameseek.co.uk/pd/VideoGames8hxne9fru7/The-Legend-of-Zelda-Twilight-Princess-HD?utm_source=emailcampaign311&utm_medium=phpList&utm_content=HTMLemail&utm_campaign=Cheapest%20in%20the%20UK%20on%20Zelda%20Pre-Orders%20(Wii%20U,%203DS)
  7. Yeah it's truly baffling why they're releasing them backwards. I guess they're hoping more people will buy them this way... because by the time 6 would roll around in Autumn, no one will be interested in it again. At least this way, you're looking forward to what's considered the best one, and building up to it in purchases.
  8. Third game just announced. Pokémon Stars.
  9. That's the irony Ronnie was talking about.
  10. Pokémon M&S... 'This is not just Pokémon...'
  11. PokeMonsoon is the third entry... you can't mess with the Sun and Moon and get away with it.
  12. Can anyone help with the best way of trying to get one of these? I'd really love the original version that came with the starter Pokémon, but it's so expensive.
  13. ok phew, that makes me feel better about looking at DC games without currently owning a Dreamcast :p
  14. I think it'll open with a 1 minute video of their plans for Pokémon 20, then we'll get the 'And one more thing!!...' followed by a 5 min video of people celebrating Pokémon 20.
  15. It's quite possible. Come E3 it will have been two and a half years since the Mario team delivered 3D World, and I think they said a while back about wanting to use Mario to show off their next console. Zelda may well be getting a port... that just leaves whatever Retro has been working on. Mind you, that's not to say Retro don't deliver something new, or reignite another franchise, whilst a different team has been tasked with the next Metroid, be it 2D or 3D.
  16. They speak the truth.
  17. Nope, their logo reminds me of a better time. Metroid Prime time.
  18. No way am I watching that :p Man it's only a few weeks away!!
  19. @dazzybee, I don't know why you are surprised :p
  20. Oh thank god, I thought 'tan you' was some new young persons vernacular I wasn't familiar with :p
  21. Can someone PM me the DC game you're talking about :p
  22. Could you guys give me a couple of links/sites for the main postcasts you listen to? With GT Time gone and the IGN crew having little to talk about I'm missing a good gaming/Nintendo podcast.
  23. Maybe... But maybe this kind of behaviour - lack of details - is why at launch, for the Wii and Wii U, when games that truly show off the console are most needed, there's been such poor offerings. When developers only find out with time to throw a minigame compilation together, basic waggle, or the gamepad as a map, what kind of way to launch your console is that?... Nintendo should be openly collaborating to give their consoles the best possibly start, especially given their situation. Otherwise it will be the Wii and Wii U launch and lack of support all over again.
