That's it, tbh. Mentally, there's no way for Roma to come back from that. Think Liverpool will see this through before half-time and then just do down the game-management route.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider ( 14th Sept 2018 )

Was there any DLC for the other two games? If so, I don't think I bothered with it. I'm just in it for the main experience, really. -
Game has just started. I think it'll finish 2-1 or 3-1 to Roma. Roma to win the game, but Liverpool to go through. Think those 4th and 5th goals have pushed this too far beyond Roma and it's a big task for them to overturn this in 90 minutes.
-
Liverpool have got an amazing chance to win it now. They should see out the Roma game and they should beat that Madrid side with the players that they have. Well...Salah, mainly.
-
Wow, could that injury time have been more of a waste of time?! Just get the bluddy ball into the box. Bayern had plenty of chances to go through in this game. Just didn't take them.
-
Forget what I said. Come on, Bayernnn!
-
Bayern have had chances...they've not been out of the game. Just haven't been able to take their chances. That second Real Madrid goal is just horrible, though. Shouldn't be making that sort of mistake in a game of this calibre. Bayern deserve to be out purely on that one goal.

It was an odd game and I don't really think United could be bothered throughout most of it, certainly not until Arsenal scored the equaliser. I got loads of marking done whilst watching the game. There wasn't really much to the game. Definitely had an end-of-season feel to it, which is daft considering that we still need to consolidate second place. 1-1 would have been a fair result for Arsenal. Can't believe that stat about 0 away points! Is that really true? What the hell has happened there?!
-
That's the most 'Arsenal' performance that I've ever seen. 1-0 up, an extra player up for most of the game...and somehow they turn it into a negative result. Bravo, Arsenal.
-
Not convinced both challenges were worthy of a sending off. It was very soft. It'll just mean that Atletico will go very defensive and make it even harder for Arsenal to break them down.
-
Bayern have to go for it, so it should be a great game to watch. One positive is that they can afford to concede a goal, because they'll still need to score 2 regardless. If Real score, it doesn't necessarily mean the tie is over. So, they're still in it, but it's going to be very hard for them.
-
Ribery had that awesome chance in the first half, but he couldn't control the ball before shooting. They really needed to take their chances tonight, and it'll probably cost them over the two legs. Not really clinical tonight.
-
Bayern are having quite a few chances...the ball just won't go in.
-
Two great goals in this game. Another great semi-final, imo.
-
Hmm, I'm not sure I agree with that rule. I remember the Courtois incident and couldn't believe that he was allowed to play, especially as he is such a prominent and arguably the most important player on the pitch...the goalkeeper!

Question: why are on-loan players permitted to play against their parent clubs in the Champions League? How can that be allowed? There are a clear clash of interests there...

Hey guys, any ideas what the PS+ games will be for May?
-
Ok, there are some parallels there with the "needing three goals to go through" and "over-turning a big deficit", but that's as far as the parallels go, imo. This Liverpool side are scoring goals for fun and managed to not only close the game out against City, but they managed to actually win the game. Conceding two late away goals is sloppy, but all it takes is one moment to switch off and Liverpool will score. Liverpool did what Barcelona couldn't do, which was to score away from home and close the game. Man City threw absolutely everything at Liverpool in the first half, yet they still stood strong. I would expect Roma to defend better in the second leg. If Roma somehow go through after this, then I will more than happily eat my words...but I just can't see it personally. Liverpool ripped them apart and were 5-0 up in the tie. It would take a monumental collapse to not go through now, even if Roma do give them a run for their money.

+ 1 for the "please change it category" sure thing. #Democracyandallthat

There's no way that this Roma side will stop Liverpool scoring, unless they miraculously learn how to man-mark Salah or Mane out of the game in Rome. They just gave Liverpool so much space and Liverpool exploited it. It should have been more than 5 tonight, quite easily. If Man City couldn't overturn such a deficit against this side, I really can't see Roma doing it.
-
So...if Roma win 3-0 at the Stadio Olimpico, then they go through. Liverpool will definitely score, though. So, Roma will have to score 4 or 5 of their own. Just can't see it happening personally, due to how poor they were defensively tonight. Those 4th and 5th goals have just placed it a bit too far, imo. This will finish something like 7-4 on aggregate to Liverpool.
-
...I don't actually think a 5-3 is beyond the realms of possibility.
-
Away goal for Roma. If this were to finish 5-2 or 5-3, then it would still be an interesting tie...maybe.
-
Roma haven't half made it easy for them, though. There is so much space out there that this scoreline was inevitable. Edit: It's 5-0 now. The defending is just awful.
-
4-0...fucking hell.
