  1. Those animalities and friendship things were annoying. Just keep it simple: FATALITY. I'm not sure how well it did amongst the MK faithful, but I bluddy loved Deadly Alliance when I played it. I used to play it over a friend's house on her PS2 before I picked it up for myself on the cube. The amount of unlockables in that was insane. Also, the gameplay itself with the multiple fighting styles was great fun.
  2. Those were some excellent Carling Cup games. Glad to see Owen getting some goals. It was a bit strange starting with Owen, Macheda and Hernandez, though. I wonder if Hernandez might get a few games played out on the left, now that Nani will be shifted over to the right on a more permanent basis (after the injury to Valencia). Was very shocked at the Chelsea and Liverpool games yesterday, as well the Spurs and City games. That Chelsea game was a cracker. Really enjoyed the highlights for that one. The Newcastle fans must have loved that game, what a tense ending.
  3. Wohoo, I'm glad I'm not the only one who prefers Signs above all his other films.
  4. I was watching the live text for that on the BBC website. When the third goal went in, I thought it was a mis-type. A Nasri penalty, that just happened a second ago...wait...it's another goal. Poor Dazzy, and Spirited Away.
  5. The first CD I ever bought was the 2 Become 1 single for my sister's birthday. We've come a long, long way together!
  6. She's quite nice in that interview. I liked her. She seems quite different to how she acts on stage. Maybe she's not the sort for those types of conferences.
  7. ReZ, know I previously posted in this thread before, but HOLDTHEPHONE. A while back, I watched one of your videos and I cried laughing. I forgot about it, until I remembered recently. So, I tracked down the video: That one. I don't know if I laughed for the right reasons or if it was intentional but... At one minute nine, where you say "bing is...schtupid!" I just cracked up. I don't know if you intended for that to be funny, but it made me laugh. I initially heard it the first time and thought "wait...its what?" so rewound it, and...haha.
  8. Dunking should be outlawed. Biscuits are not made to be dunked. They are made to be eaten without coming into contact with any form of liquid, unless that liquid is my mouth saliva. All these biscuits that you post are old Vauxhall Conference. The jammy dodger is Premier League. With exception to the Cake of Jaffa which is League one.
  9. There is nothing funny about Shed Seven! They were a great band back in the day. I still listen to them! I was quite into Limp Bizkit as a teenager. I saw them at Pukkelpop this year, and it was quite nostalgic. They put on a great show, too! The other one is probably Blink182. I wasn't that much of a fan as a kid, and again I saw them at Pukkelpop. But, listening to them now, it doesn't do the same for me now as it did back then.
  10. You are superior to me in almost every way. However, I scoff at your choice of biscuits. They're not in the same league as my dodgers. I fart in your general direction.
  11. On the way home from work, I stopped off at the petrol station to refill (the car, not me) and I bought myself two packets of Jammy Dodgers for a quid. Steal of the Cen-chewry. I'm at home, eating the first packet to myself. I'm going to turn into a fatty. The heart in the middle represents my love for the Dodgers. Mmm. So yummy and jammy and biscuity. Onomnomnomonomnomnom. I dare any of you to name a biscuit or any other shnack tastier than my dodgers. WHAT SAY YOU?
  12. Aw, Raineeng, you'll be fine. Goodluck! I fucking hate mice, rats or anything rodenty. I turn into a big sissy girl when I see one. Its the tails, the feet, the faces...really don't like them. Buttt, that isn't entirely answering Raineeng's thread question. Probably losing my parents/grand parents. They're both old, and have quite a lot of health issues and stuff. So, I guess it will only be a matter of time before I get a phone-call or I'm actually there and something happens. Yeah, that's quite scary.
  13. You really must not watch that many games if you consider that first half to be one of the worst... Seriously, he would not have made it. http://rutube.ru/tracks/3597627.html?autoStart=true&bmstart=0&v=3bd413822baba2ead589ddb05f877bd0 Go to 2:45 onwards. Look at the gap between where the ball is, where Torres is, and where Van Der Sar is. The keeper is always going to get there before Torres does.
  14. I don't really know which of the stats are more accurate. There's quite a difference between what the BBC and SkySports are saying. I know that the SkySports stats did say that Liverpool had more possession in the first half...which had me and a few others scratching our heads at. So, dunno really. Don't really care all that much. I was happy with the midfield. The only blemishes on that performance were the two defenders, O'Shea and Evans who have been looking quite suspect for the last few weeks. Evans looked fine all game until he gave away that penalty. Same with O'shea and that free kick.
  15. Possession by itself means very little. I've just had a look on the SkySports website and found this: http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11669_6386742,00.html Possession was 50.5 to Liverpool. But then look at territorial advantage. 59.8 to United. So, Liverpool had a lot of the ball, but where did they have the ball? United spent the majority of it in their half.
  16. I was talking to ViPeR/Joe about this yesterday. We both hate that regeneration idea. Quick! Hide behind a rock until you regain all your health...
  17. I agree completely. But, thats the problem that Liverpool had especially when Benitez was in charge. I don't think you/we've seen Roy's proper team yet. I cringe everytime I see Babel played out wide. He's not entirely useless out there, but you can tell that he's not comfortable. Play players towards their strengths, in my opinion, unless it's absolutely necessary that they play in another position. It's still early days in the season. I was talking to somebody else about this recently, and we both agreed that it was a good time to play Liverpool. If this was in December, you probably would have hit form by then. Until next time. This is my favourite fixture of the entire season. This one, and the games against City.
  18. Kuyt, Babel and Jovanovic will never play as strikers. Kuyt gets played out wide and Babel just never ever gets to play. He's your equivalent of Nani, where he probably needs games. One of those gets games (Nani) whereas the other doesn't (Babel.) You don't really have any strikers other than Torres and N'gog (first teamers we're talking about about) and wingers are in short supply (with the exception of Maxi...)
  19. I know every person sees the game differently, but I really don't agree with this part. If anything, the game should have been 2-0 or something more at halftime. A United goal was always, always coming. The only time I remember Liverpool threatening was that Glen Johnson ball that went across goal which seemed a lot more dangerous than it actually was. As for N'Gog, I hated him at first, but I actually think he has something now. However, he's been completely mismanaged by Benitez in the past. Officially, isn't he your second striker after Torres? That is the problem. Too much weight on the guy's shoulders. He's probably on a par if not better than Macheda at United, yet look at where he is in the pecking order. Probably fourth choice or fifth choice.
  20. Sorry, again you are very wrong here. Berba did not win the game by himself. He did what the majority of United fans have been pleading for in the last year or so: to give him decent service. To say it was just a couple of neat headers is completely taking away the creativity of the build up play which led to those moments. The second goal, for example was started by an amazing diagonal Darren Fletcher ball. That ball started it all off. The service has been gradually getting better and better, which in turn means that it is easier for Rooney and Berbatov to get the goals. This is precisely why United fans are gutted that Valencia is injured. Rooney would only have scored a quarter of the goals that he did if Valencia was not playing. You had a brief period where you seemed on top and we looked like we had lost our heads, when the game was 2-2. Thats it. Apart from that, it was all United, from start to finish (bar again another few minutes before the end of the first half, before Berba scored his first).
  21. It was not a chance! That is what I am saying. Watch it again, he is nowhere near the ball. It's complete rubbish. Again, I'm going to point to the Carragher incident from last year. Now THAT was much more of a goal-scoring chance than this one ever was. Why were United fans not all that furious? Because we were outplayed that day. We accepted it. Same thing applies here. 2-2 or even a Liverpool win would have been a complete injustice after the way that both teams had played.
  22. It doesn't make it ok, which is why O'shea got a yellow card and Liverpool got a free-kick... I'm not saying it was a foul. You got the free-kick which is fair. Anything else that you are claiming, such as O'shea being sent off is clutching at straws.
  23. Seriously, look again at the free-kick which you won. The ball is on the opposite side of the box to the side which Torres is at. Look at where Van Der Sar is. Torres would never have got there, it wasn't a goal-scoring chance, therefore not a red card. Never in a million years. If the ball was on the other side, which was closer to Torres, where he was running in behind O'Shea, then yes, I would say that's a red. Yeah, you scored from those two situations. But, across the whole game, Liverpool created absolutely nothing. Look at the three goals that United scored and compare those to yours. Three quality balls into the box compared to a free-kick and a penalty. Liverpool would never have scored a goal like any of those today.
  24. Because the incident is almost identical to the one from the year that passed. In fact, if one of those situations deserved a red it would be Carraghers. Much more of a clear goal-scoring chance than the one Torres had. The game was in a similar state (Where Liverpool were winning 1-0, whereas United were winning 2-1 in this one) so it seems absolutely fine to compare the two situations. Imo, Liverpool weren't in the game until it was 2-2. Yeah, they responded somewhat well after going 2-0 down, but they were poor for most of the afternoon. Torres was kept quiet by Vidic, Nani had the better of Konchesky all afternoon, and Berba deserved all three of his goals. I don't really see how any Liverpool fan could think that a point would be fair to them after that game.
  25. She's got a Mecca Bingo tattoo on her arm. Doesn't matter how much she gets paid, she automatically becomes lame as soon as she agrees to have this done. The only positive is that the logo is quite colourful. Oh, and the money.
