  1. Dude, you should totally lose the beard. Change is good.
  2. Well done, McCoy. You won this time, but the Dragooooonians can hold their heads up high. 3-0 against a slightly better (lol) opposition is no shame. Also, the idea of starting over from scratch...fuck that. I'm still building this squad. Spent a lot of time and effort already and have had nothing to show for it. Yet. If we're going to reset, then we need to decide soon...because I'm not going to put in the effort to develop my squad this season if we're just going to start again anyway.
  3. I'm glad I'm not alone with that one.
  4. I'm going to get my arse torn apart tomorrow. The people want a Dragooooo vs Madpool final. Give the people what they want, N-E.
  5. We''ll do what we waant. We'll do what we waaaaaaaaaaaaaant. We're the Mighty Dragoooooooo! We'll do what we wannnt! Build a bonfire Put Madpool on the top McCoySons in the middle Then burn the fucking LOT!
  6. I don't know what you Londoners refer to it as. Maybe something like EPIC BANTER LADS, OI OIIII. Or something. This is like watching two retarded toddlers throw shit at each other in the sandpit, only to hit themselves in the eye, covering their eyeballs. LIVERPOOL HAVE EQUAL DOMESTIC TROPHIES NO THEY DON'T OH, OK
  7. McCoy. You are about to meet DRAGOOOOO in a match which will most likely make you cry like a little bitch. WE TAKE WHAT WE WANT. And after we take Madpool in the shower, we want the gold SUCKER. McCOY. WE COMIN' FOR YOU NIGGA.
  8. This is so lame.
  9. Yeah, man. Revolver is a bitchin' album. Best track has to be Tomorrow Never Knows. So trippy and influential for many other songs that exist today. I also have a soft spot for For No One. Your day breaks, Your Mind Aches...
  10. I reckon the police will look into this. Obviously the Tottenham players threw the game to keep Redknapp at the club. Or, it's an elaborate plan to make sure Arsene Wenger stays at Arsenal. Or, it's both! At the same time.
  11. Just a thought, if Torres had stayed, wouldn't this be his first trophy with Liverpool? I think Luiz has scored more for Chelsea than he has.
  12. Yeah, make sure nobody catches you at it either.
  13. Just had a look at the friendly against Gaggle. It was pretty close actually, despite us losing 3-1. Four chances to three, in his favour. 51-49 possession to him. Pretty close. Think one of my better defenders had to miss the game through injury, too. This is my team now. Apart from bringing in a youth keeper at some point, these are the ones who I think will be here for some time. Unless I change my mind about some of them.
  14. If Liverpool were better, they should've finished it in normal time. Cardiff defended really well and kept Suarez and Carroll out of the game. Henderson, well, he needs to get his DV up (lol) as it's early days for him. Possession and chances only count for so much. In 20 or however many years time, people will just remember that Cardiff took Liverpool through 90 mins, extra time and a shootout. Downing looked good today but there's not enough players getting into the box, so his crosses end up meeting nobody.
  15. Aaaaaaaaahahahahahahhahaha. I 'ed at the squirting part. But, also...you watched for the entire time. Right? That's...well...you're a lucky man, Dan.
  16. Hmm, I wouldn't say you outplayed them. Statistically, maybe. But, they did well to keep Suarez and Carroll quiet. They could've won it as well with the chances they had, especially the Miller chance towards the end. It was even closer in the penalty shootout. Don't think Reina made a single save? Terrible penalties from both teams, but I think it shows that they were both knackered. Cardiff did well and they've shown that they can handle it against Premiership teams. Should put them in good stead when they eventually come up.
  17. I have liquidised all of my eggs, fish, animals and poultry into shakes. Glubglubglubbb.
  18. Hmm, this has gotten quite over the top. No need for anyone to act childish over what started out as decent discussion.
  19. What does Henderson actually do? I thought I had some idea when he was at Sunderland. But, I don't know.
  20. They are different, but not a million miles away. The point is that you can only work with the tools that are available. It would be nice if such and such was in HD, but right now it isn't. So, it just seems like a pointless exercise wondering when it isn't. The games might look better in HD, but I still argue that it doesn't mean anything below HD looks terrible. That's the point I think people are trying to make here. Anyway, now this discussion is getting into the "technical" region, which I find boring. So, I'll leave my point at that.
  21. Hmm, I quite liked the style for the final boss. It wasn't as memorable as Ganondorf in Ocarina of Time. For me, the climax of the game is where the four giants come together to save the land. That's where the game comes together and you see the ending in sight. Much like where Frodo destroys the ring at Mount Doom in The Return of the King.
  22. Yesss! Nice to know there's still people with great taste around here. The Only Moment We Were Alone is one of my favourite Explosions songs. Just so beautiful. What I love is that the music could easily tell a story. It feels like it fills up the room and there's just so much depth to it. The more time goes by, I find myself listening to and appreciating post-rock/instrumental only stuff a lot more.
  23. I already mentioned artistic style in my post, where I said "Yes, it is subjective, and there is the art style to take into account." Art style is important, but quite often (like Deku_Nutz said), a team might go with a particular art style to make best use of the hardware. If you can't go all Michael Bay with it, you have to find a creative way around it. I don't see the problem with that. When I think of these systems, it reminds me of a drum kit, or a guitar, but reduced. So, maybe the HD systems would be a fully blown Tool style kit. Yet, the Wii would be just simple snare, bass, hi-hat. If you've got the tools, you have the potential to do more. No denying that. But, to say that you can only make mediocre sounds with a bass, snare and hi-hat is just wrong.
  24. Can't believe Spurs collapsed so badly. It makes you wonder though why certain players and teams only put in performances like this every so often, specifically in derby games. If this Arsenal team can produce like this today, why haven't they done it all season? Or, why haven't they been doing this for the last few years? Must be infuriating to know that your team can turn it on when they feel like it. A bit like this United side today. Happy for Giggsy that he got the winner, but there's been quite a few occasions this season where we've been outplayed. Norwich away isn't an easy fixture at all, but we let too many teams into the game. It was controlled at 1-0, yet because we didn't add to that lead, they came back into it late on. Why heap pressure on yourselves? It's not even down to the individuals, seems to be a team mentality thing.
  25. I find that very harsh. Just because we have these HD consoles doesn't mean that anything less powerful can't produce "great graphics." Metroid Prime is a generation old, nearly two, yet I would say that contains great graphics. Punchout looks beautiful, as does Skyward Sword. Yes, it is subjective, and there is the art style to take into account, but HD isn't everything. I would take the visuals of something like Muramasa and Skyward Sword over the majority of what I've seen on a HD system. In a heartbeat.
