    Nah, not yet. I've not got the time in between work and the exercise, and I have a ton of Wii games to finish. Plus, I can't really afford any games at the moment. Will wait.

  2. Fuuuuck. That's a good price. I don't know what the fuck to do. I was dead cert on waiting til E3. Plus, if the price has already dropped, who is to say that it won't drop some more? Or, if there will be more bundles.
  3. Fajitas are a God-send. So tasty, good for you and easy to cook. Eggs are another one. You can do so much with them. Scramble them, boil them, poach them (oh my goodness, possibly the best type of egg) or add them to the rice to make an egg-fried rice. Just for variety. Roast chicken with veg? You could always put some small roast potatoes with it. I'm going to grill some chicken this week and have that in a pitta bread with some vegetables. Also, for variety, quorrrrrnnnn. I love the stuff. You can make a lovely mexican chilli with it with some brown rice. Leg day today. My depth was good, happy with it. But, fuuuuck, my legs. Front squats and back squats...thank fuck I haven't got to do that again for a few days.

  5. Can't wait for the final now. It should be fantastic and I hope Dortmund put up a good fight, which I think they will. But, good God, this Bayern team are shit hot. Barcelona were destroyed in both legs, which is good for everyone. They can be beaten. I hope more teams have a go at them now.

  8. I had 2 keepers but one retired after the recent change report. I've bidded on another back up keeper which ends tomorrow. I might keep the current keeper then and see how next season goes. It might be worth having this keeper as he's decent and it'll help the young defence. After next season, maybe I'll look into it. Perhaps I've tinkered with the squad enough and now I should just concentrate on playing games.

  10. Hmm, need some advice, guys. As I've made a big effort revamping the squad, the one area I haven't really addressed is the goalkeeper. Zambotto Sesia is a 25 9 skilled keeper. How likely is it that he will be a 12 skilled by the time he's 30? He will be playing every game where available. I'm tempted to sell him and bring in an 18 5, as it would be possible to get that keeper up to a higher level. As I'm making a big change to the squad, is it worth doing this now, or is it worth keeping the goalkeeper the same?

  12. True, maybe I'm being harsh. It's bad defending in the first place for the back pass and it's shit in the sense that he's always lunging/reaching for the ball. 9 times out of 10 that sort of tackle will result in a penalty.

"You'll get fat once you stop working out." "You'll get bad knees from squatting." "Too much muscle isn't good for your body." "You shouldn't work out so much because you'll get too big." I also got told recently that I'm getting too wide/broad...how can that be a criticism? Unless you're 2 metres or something stupid across your chest, howww? Got told today I that I walked like an orang-utan because of how I walked due to back having some width.

  17. The recycling bins keep getting rubbish placed in there that cannot be recycled. Some of the stuff placed in there is just the result of pure laziness. There are bin bags hanging out of the sides. The council got pissed off and have TWICE refused to take the recycling. Yet, people keep dumping the stuff that can't be recycled into the bin. There's even a sticker on it saying what can and can't be recycled. Anyway, the council have now collected the recycling. However, somebody has already put several black bin bags in that bin... I don't mind people making mistakes once, but this is repeated stupidity and fucking laziness. Learn to reeeeead.
  18. The PFA Award winner... Is it Robin Van Persie? Who has guided United to the title with games to spare and being top scorer in the league? Nah. Is Juan Mata with his millions of assists in the Premier League this season and being one of the most outstanding passers in the league? Nah. Could it be the outside bet, Michael Carrick, for pretty much single-handedly running that Manchester United midfield and bringing the title back home to Old Trafford? Nooope. Oh, it must be Luis Suarez, who had he not been banned would have been in with a shout of finishing top scorer and has carried Liverpool all season? Nope. It's Gareth Bale. For BOTH awards. How does a 23 year old win an award for young player? He's been around for a few years now and that award deserves to go to emerging talent like Lukaku. Also, the award should be done at the end of the season. Why reward Bale for getting Spurs to 5th?
  19. I seemed to go through a lull period with my squats. I was fine doing them, then for some reason I began over-thinking it and made a mess with it. The easiest way to do it is, like you say, stick out that arse. I'm feeling it a looot during the drive up, even with lower weight. They kill me. I'm back at that "enjoying them" stage.

  21. One of those games where there were more yellow cards than chances. :p Both teams lacked quality and neither really did enough to win it. Arsenal were better in the first half, so I'm happy with a draw.
  22. Good job, team! I'm loving squats again, now. I've always struggled a bit with getting good depth, but I'm finding it much easier now. Can get below parallel and in general the movement just looks and feels better. Feelsgoodman.
  23. Seriously dude, don't bother keeping them. All that will happen is that they won't get played, so they will drop in skill when the change report comes around and you'll end up sacking them anyway. When I started, I bought 3 players who were 18/19 4s and they're 9/10 skilled now. I bought Ernesto Iacopino for 47 700 which is pittance and he's now a 26 10. There are plenty of good players out there on the cheap and it's worth having a look. Also, even if you do play the bad ones, they'll be detrimental to the team anyway as they're low skilled. Like I mentioned, your attack and goalkeepers are fine, so don't worry about those for now. Be careful about playing offensive football since you'll leave yourself open at the back. 4-4-2 is the usual "default" formation, but 4-5-1 and 3-5-2 are also very popular ones around these parts.   24. There's a few in there that will serve you no purpose. Get rid of Stefan Rabe, Mirko Stern, Heiko Weinrich. I doubt you'll get anything for them in the transfer market, so it's probably worth just sacking them straight off. You've got some good players there that are worth keeping. Your 29 10 striker will be useful, as will your 24 8 midfielder, 24 9 defender and 27 8 keeper. Keep those above all costs. But yes, not a bad starting team. You can do a lot with that. It all depends what you want to do right now. You'll want to bring in youth players who can put you in good stead for the longer term, players around the 18 4/18 5 mark will be a priority. Aside from that, you have quite a lot of middle of the road players, like your 23 6 defenders who aren't amazing yet are not terrible either. Based on that team, you have strength in goal and in attack.
