You do hear about good stuff, it's just that the bad stuff is real bad. Although I think the NHS is a good idea, you have to pay a dam sight more tax over here than you do in other countries, which doesn't go to much use, as well as the NHS being millions in debt, with nurses losing their jobs left, right and center. There is certainly enough nurses, and there are tonnes getting made redundant because of cuts.

Back to the bill gates interview, it sounds more like a stab at sony than a compliment to nintendo, although compliment is in there... somewhere.

I was talking about the stuff in england... and hospitals being full of disease meant that the standard of care and cleanliness is rather below what it should be. And everyone is miserable. I stand by that

Halo. I only got an xbox a few months ago, so yeah, I'd heard years of hype about it, but my god is it bad. The controls work well enough, and I actually enjoy the first few levels, but it goes so downhill after that. The level design is so poor and repetetive that it actually makes the controls seem bad after a while. The story is also quite poor and what's up with the whole ammo thing? You run out of ammo so fast, then you have to pick up another cruddy alien weapon every 5 minutes thereafter.

Well, by the sound of things, it's not entirely essential, but I think they do that if you might have to turn your console or internet off soon, which could cause problems like bricking.

I'm more concerned about the suggester.

It's meant to be an adventure game, not an fps. The multiplayer was just a random addition for the hell of it.

By the sounds of things, they should have called this update version 2.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 instead.

If it was legal, it would probably end up like alchohol and tobacco. After a while, the whole "excitement" of it's legalisation would have calmed down (like in the netherlands) and it would be more socially acceptable, allowing for stronger stuff, like spirits for alchohol and cigars for tobacco.

PSP ones at the start were for security, then anti-piracy, and now for new features (like the downloadable ps1 games from ps3). That means these ones will probably be for security, but I'm not gonna update untill they have something actually worth it, like the news channel. I'd regret it if and when homebrew etc. came out on it.

As long as you have good aim, it's not too much trouble... the main problem that I have is that it moves the targets to the extremes, oso you have no choice but to hit the wall, making a whole in the middle which is very annoying. My best is 26 or something... What do you need for a platinum in timing your swing? I got 42, which is still a gold.

The playstation department made huge losses after the release of the PSP/UMD and the development of the PS3, but the rest of the company is still going strong, I think.

We'll be getting wii points for them soon. And it's about bloody time they redesign the site. The one they have now kinda sucks... especially the forums they have.
