3 hours? Do you get your leave as you earn it or for the year? we get 27 days p/a. I've hardley spent any of my leave (can't get the fucking time off cause were so shortstaffed grrrrrr ) and i've got 23 days left until march next year (and +14 hours flexi)... most people have the majority spent over the summer, and one of my colleagues only has 5 days left. I'm gonna demand 2 weeks off over christmas. or there WILL BE HELL.

this is pretty much what my mum said when we were watching it on tv... If it was someone that fell out earlier in the comp it wouldn't have been such a big deal.. I feel sorry for Caster - she must be suffering a lot, pretty sad really. It's wonderful the support that her country is giving her. -

The specialist asked her what painkillers she was taking for the pain, and she said none... He looked at her like she was plain mad.. haha. Awesome. She can't go back to the gym at all, but they have highly recommended swimming because its non impacting. It's basically arthritis, and as most people know there's no cure for arthritis.. boo.

truth my good friend I don't like what amazon and ebay has done. I just want standard menus for the love of god!! Just the good old standard hyperlink will do me rightly. They use all these fancy rollover menus which just die if your internet isn't up to it... or when you are using a mobile broadband device..

Had some pretty bad news tonight... My mum was seeing a specialist about the knee injury she had.. apparently its pretty much inoperable. She'll have to live with it forever. She cant straighten her knee fully, and its more than likely to become arthritic. So she's basically permanently disabled ;__; All they can do is inject her with steroids to help it (and even that's not a cure) and I've heard from contacts I know with PS.A that those injections are mega painful.. Urgh.

I miss living coastally - used to live near Lossiemouth in Scotland - it was lovely =) Heard the squawking of a seagull today and it reminded me of the coast! yey!

actually no. I think he has got some golden comments - but I've lost a lot of admiration for him because he is continuously embarking on that rubbish. All I said was that he was a tart! He's a money making tart and in ways yes, I have respect for him, but mostly he's just a sellout.. You put the title as Simon Cowell but wrote 3 paragraphs about the xfactor. Right okay.. that totally makes sense.

Simon Cowell is a tart and the X-factor is fail on soooo many levels. OK maybe it was fun first time round, it was new, there was hype. And we didn't know that people were screened before coming on the show. Soo sick of talent/singing shows. It seems like its the only way to get famous these days... and not through actual hard work and struggles. Even at that its nothing to do with talent for the most part - its an "entertainment show" with shit people put on to make everyone laugh and feel better because they aren't as shit

a pre-built will have sufficient power to run what its built with (well that's common sense - they cant sell a computer that bsod's or won't run properly). Any mods or upgrades will change the power requirement and therefore be risky, unless you know what you are doing.. (Most of above was speaking in terms of buying parts separately and is irrelevant for pre-builds)
