  1. I just hope you don't HAVE to buy both to fully enjoy one of them.
  2. Yeah, I have absolutely no idea why Peter Jackson did this. It is an utterly barbaric idea, and will make the whole series appear completely mismatched. There is a reason why Instagram is so popular. People don't like seeing things crystal clear just because they can. Film makes things look better, whether it makes you "feel there" or not is irrelevant.
  3. I just think when we start getting into characters like Amaterasu (who I do love!) it waters down the "special guest" idea. If they did a Nintendo vs. Sega vs. Capcom game then yes, Amaterasu would be great! But I don't feel she's iconic enough to be a guest, and if you're going to get someone from Capcom, I just feel it'd have to be either Ryu or Megaman. I do think Megaman should be in it, or Bomberman... I think they are characters who are associated almost as much with Nintendo as they are their own companies.
  4. I'd love to see Ganon be a character. Like proper Ganon. What characters do we think probably won't make a return? I'm thinking Wolf, and Ness OR Lucas might be dropped altogether. I do hope Zelda and Sheik are split up, Zelda strengthened and Sheik's move set given to Impa. I hope Lucario is gone and replaced with Mewtwo, you just can't get over the fact Mewtwo is and always will be far more iconic than anything else in the series that could replace it. I'd be cool to see Pokémon Trainer 2 who'd have Oshawott, Servine and Emboar.
  5. I think it's like the MySpace, Facebook, Google+ thing... what the network can actually do isn't as important as where your friends are. Most of my mates have XBox 360 and I don't think I could resist joining them to be part of that community.
  6. Can you put these photos on sights that turn 3DS images into turny turny semi-3D images?
  7. It's actually just Greece, but turned on a 90 degree angle. All the towns are named after stars, which many are based on Greek heroes and villains and gods and goddesses. Dusk and Dawn's plots will hint at elements of Greek mythology and the design of some of the cities will give clues to a lost civilisation. Also YES! I shall be using some Fakémon designed by N-Europers and I'll continue to ask for designs via the 3DS. They'll be changed greatly most of the time, but all credit will be given.
  8. Expect something this week. I'm sort of rebooting this and my last gen and combining them together and trying to do something really epic. I'll be redesigning my first gen and my second gen and making one big dex with both together.
  9. That's cheaper than a Pokedex Guide you can buy in shops... so if it is all the Pokémon I probably will get it. Cos I like Pokémon and Nintendo can take as much money as they want from me.
  10. I'd much prefer a Donkey Kong Country Returns Again
  11. I'm disappointed that they seem to be reusing everything... it doesn't feel different at all, just new levels. Super Mario 3D Land was perfection, urgh. Oh well... gotta make the bucks somehow. Can we at least have online multiplayer?
  12. There would be if you didn't know there was a prequel... but you'll be smart enough to know when it is referring to stuff that happens in the first game. It's mostly new characters... I can't remember the actual plots being linked at all really...
  13. I'd say so in as much as you can enjoy Majora's Mask having not played Ocarina of Time. It does a good job of making the events of the first game seem just like a legend / backstory that all games would have. You might even enjoy it more, because one of the main complaints from Okami fans is that it reuses a lot of the same areas.
  14. I love how in Wind Waker, essentially, the entire world is open to you from the start. Obviously you can't go everywhere but it doesn't feel like anything is cut off. It feels like the original Legend of Zelda, in that respect. You're just plonked there. I'd love to see that way of doing things established better on land.
  15. The Triforce Hunt in Wind Waker is probably my favourite gaming moment ever and I still so shocked at how people consider that a low point for the series. It was GENUINE treasure hunting! Map reading... it was just wonderful. And I think the sailing is perfect, I love how long and difficult it is. Making it easy would ruin the feeling of that massive ocean.
  16. OH yes. The Oshawott one is the best.
  17. Yeah I've got loads of ideas for stupid little stories. I might make some more, with and without Russell. My next animation however about a guy coming out as straight to his two mums.
  18. I'd recommend not swapping and changing around any more and just chose the LEAST painful or annoying one and stick with it. None of the control schemes are THAT ideal but changing them around isn't going to help you get used to it. I didn't much like the controls and now I don't think about them at all.
  19. I also read they earn more money because they are a tighter business now, with a much more planned out way of getting merchandise, products, the anime, manga, cards etc out there, were as before it was all a bit random and finding their feet and working out what sold and what didn't. A lot of people my age (around 21-ish) assume Pokémon died out. It didn't... we just grew up. When Red and Blue came out it was popular with kids and a few adults who realised it was a great game. Black and White now is popular with kids, those adults with good taste AND kids who grew up and will buy Pokémon games until the day they die. I also think Pokémon is actually really coming back... the people that liked it in Gen 1 are now old enough to be over the "that's lame" phase, and get nostalgic about it.
  20. I may be wrong but I read somewhere that the Pokémon Company are making more money today then they ever have, even during its launch.
