Crazy talk!! Thought you'd be excited by new hardware and even playing Zelda on it, irrespective there not much available. Anyways. Zelda. I really can't wait for this, not a huge open world game fan, but hopefully this is as incredible as everyone is saying. Slightly worried that my switch will be here Thursday and Zelda won't, then the agony of Friday morning waiting.

You not playing the switch version? Haven't seen you on here for a while, maybe because of all the great impressions; but now you've smelled blood you're back! I'm (semi) joking of course. This doesn't sound great, but I'd rather this push the Wii U and struggle and perform well on Switch rather than compromise the switch version.

I have the Wii U version so have access to al this but I'll definitely pick it up, though I'm going to wait a bit and hope it has a my nintendo reward at some point; same with FAST. Kind of games that will and it's not like I'll be desperate for stuff to play.

Base has it cheapest, I have it preordered, but want it digitally really; use not for £50... As for online co op, i highly highly doubt it! But I don't think it's confirmed either way.

Buy treasure trove, it's the price of two campaigns and it is well worth it, on top of the campaigns they are also having a 4 player battle mode and lots of other smaller bonuses like Gender swap mode; with fully redisigned and named characters for both sexes. It's amazing. I'm hoping the stick or the buttons are good enough though as I'll want to play this lots in handheld mode. I'll want to playa Ltd of retro/2d stuff in handheld mode so they really need to get on with a HD rumble and gyroscope free dpad joycon!

Same old Splatoon with new modes, new maps, a new single player campaign and other fine tunings sounds perfect to me. Now please let us be able to save loadoits, play any mode at any time, have. Better map rotation system. Did you try it in handheld mode?

I get that, but they haven't shown anything except new weapons, new maps and said every special is completely new. We have no idea what the single players like, what new modes there are, how many new maps, what the features are etc but a jump to this - feels like 1.5.... I guess I just personally can't understand it so it surprises me.

Except we've seen barely anything of the game so how are people many these assumptions?

I'm selling my VITA, just wondered if anyone on here fancied it. It's pretty much perfect condition, boxed, nice case for it, I have 2 memory cards (32 + 8). If not, what kind of price would reasonable to get for this?

Yeah that's what I fear too. I even wondered if it'd be a Trine/Lost Vikings type thing where you switch between the two characters.

Sorry I think I'm confusing things, I agree those games would be horrific on the 3DS screen, I was trying to say the idea of it is different enough it could be tempting to people. In the same way that Smash, Mario maker, Yoshi, Hyrule warriors etc could tempt people to double dip, as it's a different way of playing it. It may not, but it could mean all these late ports like Skyrim have a better chance than the 3rd parties on Wii U which were just late, expensive, inferior ports on a home console.

Snipperclips does have a single player campaign too which is good; this seems perfect for online. They need to putting all multiplayer games only now they want to charge for it! Yeah Arms has no date, I'm hoping early April to break up the launch and Mario Karts release well; but even heard people say it's post-mario kart! Can't wait to hear more about it though, hoping they just want the launch out the way and in a couple of weeks they'll tell us about all these new modes and single player content and such.

The *only* way I can see this being different is portability factor. At least it's a different version of it completely. How big that is I don't know. But if Batman Arkam City came out on the 3DS instead of the wii u I think people would be more interested in it. Same with COD, Assassins creed and all those games. Even late, it's still pretty special to have them portable.

I see where you were coming from, and understand the hesitation, it wasn't an attack or anything more of a comment that you've been dragged down so much by Nintendo that you find it really hard to feel the same way you used to. More a "shame" than anything. How people can see snipperclips and arms and want to play them is crazy talk

I think it will do incredibly well in Japan and US for the first year. After that all depends on if Nintendo do smash it with the games. And if success does bring the 3rd parties. Didn't EA say Mass Effect could come if it's a success?
