I see what you're saying. On Wii U you can play all games on the system whichever user it is; but they don't' have proper accounts so who knows. To be honest I doubt it.... So on PS4 you can create a new user but link it to the same account? So basically the same user but different nationalities?

So on switch you'd have to create an American version of yourself or a Japanese version of yourself. But they can all be on the same system.

You can have the same account on multiple devices. You can't have two of the same account on one device. The third one is confusing... Seems to say you can't have multiple accounts on one device.... which isnt true.

I'm not fickle like that, I don't to and from based on a weekends results. I didn't expect much different either; Tottenham now don't have any difficult games. Not saying we'll win every game, but we've played the top half away from home so now just bottom half away games and think we can beat anyone at home. So from that leak you can create temporary or permanent matchmaking groups (or communities). So we could have an N-Europe group permanent for easy jump into local games. Pretty good idea.

What do you mean? You can't voice chat in splatoon. Also it sort of says you can join the group in advance, and then later on join a match. Oh who knows... Why are Nintendo drip feeding this information, it's making it far more confusing than it needs to be.

Switch again seems to have a huge local multiplayer slant; hopefully it will be capitalised. Just not to the detriment of online play. You can create lobbies, voice chat, send game invites etc You can do pretty much everything as on the other consoles can't you? Unless I'm reading it wrong. I didn't understand it... What's it saying? Can you voice chat on the switch? Also, someone says it's fake as it says 4k output which is confirmed to be wrong. So a developer tweeted - bravo to the developer leaking all this dev stuff, you're the reason Nintendo doesn't trust us. So maybe it is true... Who's clever enough to give a layman's summary?

I wouldn't say OS is part of the hardware, in fact it's explicitly not surely? It's software no? And we don't know what it is and what it does. And maybe you don't use local multiplayer, it doesn't mean it's not a great thing, maybe not for you, but you can't slag something off for nailing a feature you don't use... I mean you can, but it's the ramblings of a madman! I don't really use online but I don't slag off how amazing online features are on other consoles because I don't use them... And yeah, it seems there is no party chat; not great; but it also seems a little bit of a step up wii u in game voice chat, how much in the middle of the two it is we'll see; but it sort of sounds like. You can create a lobby to chat, outside of the game itself. Ah who knows, we'll find out "after launch" But then there's the evidence of the official info saying you can attach headsets to the switch that says maybe we don't NEED an app.... Maybe. I think ultimately it sounds like it has all the features, but could be behind an app. If the app was an option I see it as nothing but an amazing thing. If it;just the app, then I'm sure we'll get used to it... It may not be horrific!

I was going to namecheck towerfall, I do have it and it is great fun. Hopefully it comes to switch. But yes, excellent.

They've said explicitly you can't voice chat with randoms. I'm worried you can't chat with friends when playing with randoms. If that makes sense. It sounds like you set up a lobby to voichat and you can join games. So i presume voice chat will continue if you get kicked out of a match.

So @kav82 you complain that nintendo are clueless (or whoever you phrased it) about hardware, but actually meant the OS features that we don't know anything about yet. Then criticised them for being the multiplayer kings and now lost it, well they still are multiplayer kings, and the switch more so than ever... locally. You ever had friends over to play not he PS4 - there isn't much to play together that makes it a great local console. Let's be honest, nintendo are the ONLY company putting any focus into local multiplayer. But you mean online. I presume. And again, we don't know. It's a problem wed on't know of course. But your knee jerking is getting worse by the week. Why not just wait until we know more? You may be surprised; probably not, but maybe. I think in a lot of ways things are moving dramatically forward - we can set up lobbies, voice chat, create rooms in the future, add people to a private group from social media not in our friends list... Other than the mentalness of it sounding like we need the phone. What exactly is missing? Serious question. What do the others do "so much better"?

I've said a direct this week for ages, most logical time; but losing down the store is the worst reason for it to be speculated; it's ALWAYS speculated when this happens and it's never ever the reason. As for Gamecube games, my list depends on whether they'll add in online or not... I'm sort of hopeful they will after the SNES news, I mean surely it's any easier for SNES games than Gamecube?! But I don't have any different suggestions to anyone else on here. I will say that although I think it's the worst 3d Mario, I have been eager to play Mario Sunshine again, and with Odyssey coming in the autumn I do wish it was a launch game to fill my 3d platforming urges.

Still worries me that in their "example" they say in private matches you can voice chat... you better be able to chat to friends in general online too... Also in Squid Squads lets 3 people be joined by a random person!! The first game had so many little annoyances which are so easy to fix... This better fix them! And like I've said many many times before. Let us have bots... or even random people to join our private Battles, it's almost impossible to get 8 players together for a game....

The story. Motion controls and art styles were enough for me to love it. Plus even though it was so fragmented and fi was the most annoying character in video games, it was still Zelda - awesome puzzles, awesome bosses.

Haha! I mean the mechanics and it sort of is I guess, but to justify porting it over they need to add something!

I really hope so. Really hope they don't make a sequel or anything, Smash 4 is absolutely perfect, add in all 3DS content, some extra characters and stages; add in a single player adventure, amazing!

We got a solid release date for this yet? Looking forward to seeing more what the game has, the developer said there are more characters and modes and such so all sounds promising.

So Game Informer have exclusive access, and they've played it a lot; I refuse to listen to there 2 hour analysis, but I read a few highlights. Best things are that it's meant to look stunning, feels really dense with loads to do (everyone biggest worry) and still has the Nintendo polish despite being a huge open world game. Can we last 3 weeks without knowing anything!?!

It's quite easy to get 10% off there, see it on hotukdeals all the time, so maybe it's that. But yeah, I'd avoid!!

That doesn't make sense, the cost is minimal, and 3ds games were always much cheaper than console games. It's just fucking us over. And the us digital reduction is amazing, but is it true that doesn't apply in eu or U.K.? Again, getting fucked over for no reason. The whole thing is really souring it for me. It's irritttating me probably far more than it should. Great news on being able to play each game on its own though.
