@Pestneb this doesn't have much new content? We don't know anything about it really. We have no idea what new content there'll be. Bizarre assumption. I also think it'll sell far better than Wii U version, out of default. It'll have a pretty good attach rate and Switch is looking like it'll smash wii u in sales. Saying this, it did feel exactly like Splatoon; which is fine. Can't wait to find out what they've done to it. The loud outs, maps/modes and drop in factors are something which will be really off-putting if they're not sorted.

Yeah great fun. Felt like splatoon. New specials are good. But like kav alludes to, this game better have loadouts, we better. E able to play more then 2 maps at a time and two modes at a time, it better have bits and/or drop in online - pointless playing with a member down.

It is a consideration, what's off-putting though is it annoys me having to click on which user to use whenever i open a game or the eshop, so I actually want to get rid of my Japanese user (once Puyo puyo is out here)....

Bit strange isn't it. Same thing happened with Tomrorow Corporation games and such, they all just seem to be being released the moment they're ready, but with almost no prewarning of when that might be.

True, but there's also a difference between £1.50 and £50. I don't know, it is a tricky one. As for who gets it, again true, but if Nintendo's monthly subscription is half the price as PSN and Live as Kimsihima said then thats also another reason it could be argued for it not the bundled in. Ultimately, we have no idea what's even happening. It could be much better or much worse than we expect.

To be fair I sort of think the same. If the games are pretty much identical I expect them to be free. But I'm happy to pay for a small upgrade fee for online, possibly even different filters, aspect ratios or other stuff like in the Capcom afternoon collection.

Except it's slightly wrong, we didn't have to buy the same games on the wii and wi u. We had to pay an upgrade fee for extra features. People keep saying about buying the same game again and again, but we didn't have to do it. I don't see why we would this time either.

Yeah, this happened with the Wii U for me which was a game wasteland so it'll definitely happen with Switch I'm just clearing my PS4 backlog, then I'm hoping to not bother with it really barring VR and maybe the odd big exclusive like Last of us 2!

I just dream of Switch being a Nintendo box, all their past consoles on one console, as much content as possible. Amazing!! I think they'd be wise to offer game bundles. I mean how many people will buy Ice Climbers again? But a bundle of 5 games for the price of 4, or 10 for the price of 7, with a few duds in could be good. Obviously the subscription route, but that'd be slightly annoying for us who have bought hundreds of pounds worth on previous consoles.

Have my Orzly screen protector. Is there a way to put them on? I've never put a protector on any device I've ever owned... DO I need to clean it heavily I guess before putting it on!

I don't understand the sonic cycle either. Every single sonic game is bad to average and it aint going to change now Expect Sonic Racing, that was a good sonic game.

Fast is a futuristic racer, as close to f Zero as we've had in years. Shovel knight is an incredible retro styled platform adventure game, that in particular is pretty special.

Okay, so who's setting up a room? Remember if we're not all there bang on at 8 it'll start when the first two are; I guess just keep checking for matches; as long as we do first to 2 it shouldn't be so bad; we could even do first to 1 until all 4 people are there! So who else is in?

I'm having the same feeling about the Capcom collection (that isn't even announced for the switch but surely it's coming.) I think it's a case of how desperately do you want to play it immediately, are there other games to keep you busy? If possible, always best to get it on the platform you most want it on, but it's hard. Knowing WHEN it was coming out would help a bit...
