Not the first time I've heard people say owning a PS4 made them love Nintendo even more. My love for the company has never been greater than with the Wii U and 3DS.

Toon Link is an instant buy for me. Megaman looks great too. At least the supports are all clear plastic like they should have been from day 1.

For the millionth time, they're made to replicate the character trophies in Smash. They're Smash Bros amiibo, not generic Nintendo amiibo.

Speak for yourself, I love my Wii U.

That IGN video has convinced me that these actually look really great. The supports could be better but overall, very impressed.

Wow that's really disappointing. I was under the impression there were a couple of dozen levels. Fourth level complete, half the bosses already finished? Hmmm....

I'm finding it quite challenging to be honest, have died a few times and I'm only an hour or so in. Challenging in a good way! Really stupid question... I've finished three levels so far I believe, the first and then the two ones with a boss at the end. Have I beaten 2 of the 6 main bosses in the game already?!

I've probably switched my 3DS off about 5 times in the last few years. I just close it and leave it in standby mode/charging. I assumed most people did this?

They'll find something else to complain about. We haven't had a moan about no voice chat for two pages, so that's overdue.

Hmmm on second thought maybe the moon is a little OTT in this one. It doesn't really look like a moon anymore.

3DS version for me. I think it suits the 3DS' pick up and play nature really well. Easy to jump in do a level while you've got a few minutes spare. Also I'll take the Streetpass mode over Miiverse integration, though obviously HD visuals are the main benefit of the Wii U version.

Sums @Wii up. Reggie may talk in PR speak a lot of the time, but he really isn't worth "hating" or calling a liar. Some serious growing up to do.

Shovel Knight surprise release was a very nice... surprise.

The potential for a New 3DS XL MM3D special edition. Just when I was sure I was going for the regular New 3DS.

Splatoon looks to be a great new IP. Loved the single player campaign look to it.

Personally I'm not watching those, with release so close no need to be spoiled by every twist and turn in the new tracks.

Absolutely stunning. So pleased they brought back SNES Rainbow Road (again)

I thought the comparison video showed the 3DS remake off pretty well. Ok some shots could have been moodier but the increase in texture quality makes up for it I think. I sort of wish they'd taken the time to make the moon larger than... a tad bigger than Clock Town, but never mind.

Love it. Great idea. I just realised I wonder how they'll make Link speak in this DLC, whatever it's like it'll sound weird.

Thankfully the rest of the video shows the atmosphere to look just fine.

Enjoyed the indie reel, seemed like a huge amount of games. Probably half a dozen there I'll end up buying.

Big shame but the new release date helps a little I suppose. Looks fantastic.

Fun little amiibo integration, I really liked it. The new tracks look amazing.
