Does anybody know if DLC codes (activated through the Wii U eShop) from other European countries would work on my Norwegian Wii U? Asking because I really want this pre-order DLC and the only stores I can find who offer it are amazon.fr and amazon.de

I don't even care how these will be used in the various compatible games (okay I care a little bit but not much beyond curiosity) - I already know I NEED ALL OF THEM! So excited.

Too bad many people are having connection problems - I personally haven't encountered a single problem with this game. Just finished three star-ing all of 100cc today (well, technically yesterday now because I can never go to bed at a reasonable time). It'd probably go faster if not for the temptation of always playing online, but oh well. :P

I thought Nintendo's non-layoff policy only really extended to game developers and the likes? I doubt any (or at least not many) of the 130 affected employees from Großostheim were directly involved with game development.

I'm playing through the DS games right now (just about to finish the third case in Justice for All), but sure, I'll buy this! Well, I always feel that I have to support Ace Attorney releases, if only to improve the chances of finally seeing AAI2 released in the west... :P Actually, they should give us a second trilogy compilation with Apollo Justice and the two Investigations games! Come on, Capcom! It'd be perfect! Right...?

Ah, that'd be me. Didn't have time to write a post at the time, but decided to just throw my vote in there. When it was first revealed, I was actually very sceptical of the Wii U GamePad... but the minute I had my Wii U all set up and started using it, I was sold. The screen which I initially thought would be one of the most useless features ever seen in a controller has changed the way I use a gaming console, and all for the better, too. Whether it's used for Off-TV play, as a complimentary second screen or just for touch controls, it has found a way to improve all of my gaming experiences to the point where I find it hard to imagine enjoying a console game without these features. Also, it is the most comfortable controller I've ever used (which again I really didn't imagine possible until I held it in my hands), and the buttons all feel great. I've really got no complaints except for the obvious: it could really do with a matte finish. :P In addition to being my personal favourite, I also feel it's the controller that has directly improved my gaming experiences the most, and that's why it got my vote.

I'm curious about something... I was looking at Gaf and saw people still complaining about how slow the Wii U OS is, and some said that entering the Settings menu took ages (I think they said around 15 seconds?), and even longer to get back to the Wii U Menu. I decided to check for myself, found my trusty stopwatch, and... for me, it took just over four seconds to enter the settings and just below six seconds to get back. Is my Wii U just extremely fast, or are people really exaggerating this much? I don't know what to believe. o__O

Unpopular opinions time~ The 3DS version looks... well, not bad, but it does look rather boring. I'm way more interested in the Wii U version. I've never been much of a Sonic fan (though I've played many of the games), but I could see myself enjoying it. I'll keep it on my radar, at least.

Noooooooo, why did you have to remind me? ; _ ; (...Actually, why did you have to remind me? The Another Code games have absolutely nothing to do with Pullblox, surely?) I guess I can sorta see where the people who'd rather have this on the 3DS are coming from, but I'm just happy I get one of my favourite new Nintendo IPs on my preferred console of choice. In my eyes, this is exactly what the Wii U needs.

The Wii U Virtual Console market is shaping up nicely with these awesome GBA games. Klonoa this week, one of my favourite Zelda games next week... I love it! Keep 'em coming, Nintendo!

I managed to find HeartGold in time, so I'm spending the remaining time in the WiFi Plaza. My favourite multiplayer feature in main series Pokémon games ever. I wish they'd bring it back (or, well, something like it)... rest in peace ; ^ ;

WAIT WHAT?! KLONOA ON MY WII U? I'll use this as an excuse to remain optimistic about Klonoa in Smash or a new Klonoa game or something idk I just want more Klonoa. You'd better buy it, people.

Awesome! Nice to know where I can order it. A tad bit pricey considering I won't be using the DLC or the game, but it's not that bad compared to the prices I'm used to as a Norwegian gamer. :P EDIT: Pre-order placed! Now I just have to figure out where I should pre-order the Wii U Straw Hat Edition... EDIT AGAIN: The official website is up! Not much on it yet, though, but we've also received a new trailer. It looks sooooooo good!! Oh, and the website has updated gigantic images of the Chopper/Straw Hat Edition contents, so I'll replace the old ones:

A (rather tiny, though I assume there's a bigger version somewhere) picture of the contents of the Chopper edition has been released! Nice to see confirmation that the Straw Hat Edition is indeed included as part of the Chopper Edition. Not that it'll matter much to me, because I won't be playing the PS3 version anyways, but yeah. Now I just have to find a place to order this...

You know what I really hope we see from this? Some of those drawing competitions they've had in Japan where the winners get their art on real-life Pokémon cards. Probably won't happen, but it would be so awesome... (100% getting this if it's released in Europe, of course.)

It might as well be five weeks, because that last week and a bit will go super quick when playing Mario Kart 8! :P

So... the Chopper edition has the entire Straw Hat edition plus the artbook, stickers, DLC and Chopper merch? I sure know which one I'm getting, then! Awesome release date as well - just two weeks after Japan's! This is by far my most anticipated game right now, so it's awesome to get it just in time for Summer! EDIT: D: (...I guess I'm buying both, then. And never playing the PS3 version.)
