  1. Yeah. We know that's coming. Maybe that's what the X is to represent, the crossing of handheld and console. Crossplatform user accounts <3
  2. Stands to reason. Don't want to kill the 3DS and Wii U just yet. Shuts the people up who think Nintendo are going third party now though.
  3. Just confirmed in the press conference for the mobile stuff. Nintendo NX is Nintendo's new hardware codename for their next piece of hardware. Utilises a "brand-new concept" Exciting
  4. We will need a Nintendo Direct before the end of next week to counter the cynicism of people who think Nintendo are just going smartphone. Already seen people say they are going to drop the 3DS due to this.
  5. People are just pushing the "Nintendo going smartphone" angle :/
  6. I feel ill http://www.nintendo.co.jp/ir/pdf/2015/150317e.pdf
  7. Yeah, the Bowser Party stuff seemed to be the most fun, and innovative use of the GamePad too, and only 10 games in it is a bit disappointing.
  8. Thinking of shifting my orders from NUK back to ShopTo after seeing all this :/
  9. That's ridiculous. Did any of you manage to get any of them?
  10. Pfft. Starfox Assault was awesome and its multiplayer was screaming out for online
  11. My Toad has shipped
  12. You and me both. It's not a huge thing, sure, but it's a cute little mini-game that'll be worth doing. Would I have preferred something more substantial? Sure, though people do seem to forget that Nintendo don't want to lock lots of content behind amiibo.
  13. You changed it to big quality from jus "no releases". You sir, are a mover of goalposts. Besides, most oftthese scores aren't bad, they're just good/average. I have no doubt this game would be a laugh with multiple people
  14. Castlevania Aria of Sorrow this week
  15. I do my absolute best to, but sometimes it's either too daunting or I have to move on. I still haven't 100%'d Hyrule Warriors (has anyone???) and I gave up with Lego Batman 3...it's nowhere near as enticing as previous Lego games. However, as much as I can, I do 100% games. I very rarely never finish the narrative of a game at least. Helps that I'm a freelancer and so have periods of time where I have little to do
  16. It's not a fact. The only "cookie cutter" one is New Super Mario Bros. U. The rest are far from cookie cutter. You're also not a fan when you ignore games you don't like just to trash them, as seen earlier when you claimed droughts as factual statements which were proved otherwise, and continually change the names of games to synonyms of faecal matter. People really need to stop using the term rehash and "cookie cutter" for new iterations of existing franchises
  17. Yes, all Nintendo's games are cookie cutter. Well done. Sod off if you truly think so. I miss when people were actually positive here and not just bitching, but you, Wii and so forth have driven them away or into silence. Bravo.
  18. To clarify, Playtonic Games is a small development studio made up of former Rare employees.
  19. Well they talked about amiibo support, so it's almost certainly going to be on Wii U at least
  20. Captain Toad's official release was still January 2nd, despite GAME getting the go ahead to sell it early. You're moving goalposts like crazy. Also, Splatoon won't be delayed and while your opinion is valid to games you purchase, it's not when you're making a factual statement claiming there are droughts where no drought exists.
  21. 5 month drought...for you. You're dismissing releases just because you don't like them. Stop it. If you're going to make grandiose statements in regards to the state of releases, you can't just ignore ones that don't fit your own personal opinions. Let's do a rundown of Nintendo published releases since January last year, shall we? We'll go by Europe and retail only February: Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze May: Mario Kart 8 July: Wii Sports Club September: Hyrule Warriors October: Bayonetta 2 November: Super Smash Bros. January: Captain Toad Treasure Trackers March: Mario Party 10 March: Mario VS Donkey Kong Tipping Stars (Retail presence different to the download cards some stores sell, but you can not count it if you wish) May: Kirby & The Rainbow Paintbrush May: Splatoon So, where's this 5 month drought?
  22. Yeah, we're discussing 3 platformers here, one of which is multiformat. It's all the Wii U has :p
  23. Probably Wii U version, potential amiibo support, classic Rare developers. I'm so in
  24. Levels aside from the music based ones felt uninspired, going through the motions, lack of impact etc.
  25. The Nintendo Store is a frontend while The Hut Group runs the backend Let's not go through this again :p
