I managed to miss the entire game

The ones that lag across the screen are annoying. The splat charger sorts out the jumpers as they're stuck in a jump while you line up a shot. You're probably better off strafing and squiding than jumping.

I'd say good games, but I doubt much effort was required on your part. That Mr Game & Watch mirror was comical and that one with ridley.. i didn't have a clue what was going on?!

@Sprout: I've just learned that I will be free for a couple of hours from 7pm most Tuesdays, so if you're looking for someone to play at least once a week here i am. I haven't played since it released, so I'm gonna be very rusty. I also don't really know very much of the new characters, so it'll take some learning. I'll try and get on some time this week if you're interested? Will probably be later on in the night though?

I've purchased a GC adapter, so I hopefully will get back into smash as I hated using my classic pro.

@Rummy: I was having a look yesterday. Mewtwo, Lucas, Roy & Ryu were just under £17 if bought individually. I understand the development costs however SSB4 never grabbed me like the previous incarnations, so I can't justify the spend. I doubt I've put more than 5 hours into it!! maybe I should get Lucas to see if I can reignite interest?

I have no info to add. I attempted a Jonnas-esque kill.. denied. I attempted to redirect.. denied. I ended up covering myself by making myself untargetable.

As in: ReZ when did you die? Did someone fuck with my vote? Apparently I'm not voting and the guy I'm voting for is dead?

I've found that theres not that much difference in the skill levels, just the people at level 20 must have been grinding to get there. When you get into splat zones there are loads of useless level 20s at c-. I got loads of wins from camping a splat zone in the skate park and they just gift you kill after kill. You'd think they'd learn. That tactic was short lived against b ranks. I hope we get to play splat zones with friends soon. Its much more tense. I played a game yesterday where they gave extra time, then eventually when the counted down the final 10 seconds, it popped up you have lost the lead (as i was painting the zone). I think the final score was 64:63 and both teams got a couple hundred points each, however we lost the ranking points. How do they decided whether theres extra time? If they'd stopped the match on the original counter we'd have won. It cant be based on closeness or they would have extended the match again?
