I think you'll have to move the save file from the SD card to the Wii Internal Memory. That said, i'm not entirely sure, but since the Wii doesnt ask where the saves are, its a good bet it will always look in the internal flash memory and not the SD card.

How long should emailing take? I've sent an email from my Wii to hotmail, and then replied to it. I've added it as a contact and sent a new mail too. but nothing is happening.

Has anyone tried to send an email to their Wii from their personal account? I've sent a couple but nothin seems to come through.

Daftada, the Wii does take ALL SD cards. The Sandisk ones i think you've purchased are only liscenced by Nintendo, but are identical to any others on the market. The Licensed SD cards come in (largest to smallest) 512Mg, 1G and 2G - check which one you have. That said, i've checked the Sandisk website and it doesn't say about a file limit. But when you say file, do you mean 'file' or blocks (since i think all Wii storage is measured in blocks).

Right. For those who are thinking of purchasing a Wii Points Card, bear in mind the system does accept more than just VISA and Mastercard. I tried, and succeeded, in making a Wii Points transaction using a VISA Electron card. Its better value and you have a choice of points.

So far. Not impressed - my Wiimote was fine to start. I downloaded the update when entering Wii Shop and viola, my Wiimote is not working. On each button press, the four blue lights flash. The Wii is now stuck on the Screen Burn screen, and i can't do anything. Any suggestions?

Today, i popped into my local gamestation (shrewsbury). After a brief chat about the Wii, the chap asked "would you like to see the controller"? Hell, would I! Verdict: Tiny. Its far smaller than I thought. And its very, very comfortable. It does seem extremely odd at first though. Only two bad points. 1, i didnt get to play anything with it. 2, I couldnt take it with me.

OK, very strange. After being told that I wouldnt get a Wii by Gameplay, my order is now progressing. Zelda and Wii Play are being picked - although the Wii and Classic Controller are still listed as "preordered".

Stocka, what you should be able to do today or early tomorrow is call Gameplay and get a tracking number for the courier. You can then phone them and ask for an ETA.

If this is a distribution problem, I can't see that its just one or two retailers who'll have problems. Check with your supplier. That said, I've checked around and a couple of retailers DO have spare units not allocated to preorders. My local Toysrus have 37 pre-orders, and 12 spare units for general sale. It seems they have some, but not enough. Thankfully I have another pre-order - it was on ebay... but no longer!
