  1. So has anyone actually called MS and told them you had the RROD when you really didn't and got away with it? Cause I really want to send in my old broken 360, but I really don't want to pay $100 for it...
  2. My test was a joke really. But I guess thats the advantages of living in a small Alaska town? For my test we probably drove two miles, maybe only one even... It was sad, needless to say I passed first try.
  3. I just got back from the clinic. I lost 14lbs from my last weigh in! w00 My diet works, even it is a tad unhealthy:heh:
  4. I've kept mine, but iono for how much longer. Although this awesome browser may sway my opinion:p
  5. Thats good to know Dante! Definitely will be getting the 360 version then! (achievements ftw.) Anyway I've been using the PS3 browser all day, and its absolutely amazing! PS3 browser >>>> Wii Browser
  6. I'm a little confused when it comes to all this region encoding crap. I'm just wondering if I did move to the UK ever (region 2 correct?) Would it; A. Be smarter to just sell my NTSC 360 and buy a PAL 360? or B. Keep my NTSC 360 and import games (before they come out in Europe ie. Rock Band :p) If option A would be better, would either an NTSC hard drive or memory card work with a PAL console? And a question for option B. If my NTSC 360 breaks in the UK would MS fix it even if it NTSC? Thanks!
  7. Yeah, just send the console. Keep the hard drive, cables, etc. Tell me how it works out for you, because I want to do the same thing XD
  8. Well congrats to you DiemetriX, must be one helluva relief.
  9. Man shoots son over Xbox 360 Argument yeah... odd people these days.
  10. Healthiest way to lose weight: Don't eat and throw up:heh: Nah but I've lost a good amount of weight from doing the following: I gave up meat, soda, and ALL sweets. I eat a nice big breakfast, some water and fruit for lunch, and no dinner.
  11. Alright well I made some changes, because I really don't need that fast of things. And I decided that I will be keeping my current mobo and cpu. So here are the new specs, and most likely the final. I decided in the end to get a BFG 8800GT 512mb. And I'm going to watercool the CPU and GPU. I went against getting an ATI 3850 because my mobo only supports SLI and not Crossfire. And someday I'll be sticking another 8800GT in there. oh and Choze I thought about the Antec case, but it has to many fans:heh: and this one is way cheaper. So what do you guys think? And thanks everybody for the help!
  12. From reading the last couple pages, would it be a good move to sell my HD DVD drive and HD DVDs asap?
  13. Thanks babe Cool site, I may order some soundproofing material off there. Thats the current mobo I have now, but I want to get some DDR3 RAM so new mobo. I think for the CPU I may watercool it, Thermaltake has a pretty cheap watercooling system that looks good. And I couldn't find that graphic card anywhere for the US. But I will keep looking for it, because thats exactly what I've been looking. And I'm not sure if the PSU will support the specs or not, although it would sure be nice to have... Newegg Shopping Cart CPU Water Cooling Case Is this the same hard drive? Had trouble finding it in the US. If it is then I'll be ordering 4 of those. I'm not really sure how Raid works but if (can) I put all 4 of 'em in Raid 0 that makes them faster right? haha Hopefully:awesome:
  14. Haha $400 isn't the total budget. Just how much I want to spend on the silent parts. The total budget is around $3500 XD
  15. I'm still not entirely sure what I'm going to be doing for my next PC but one thing for sure that if I decided to do another custom build I want it to be dead silent and 'invisible'. Meaning no LEDS or lights or whatever on the outside. My goal: Not be able to tell if the computer is on or off. So if you guys could reccomend a case, cooling system, and whatever else I need to have a silent 'invisible' PC. Budget $400 at the very most, but I would prefer less...
  16. Love the upside down monitor. Your setup wins life btw:heh:
  17. So I am thinking of picking up Planet Earth in HD. I have both a PS3 and the 360 HD DVD Drive. Now should I pick it up on HD DVD or Blu-Ray? Please back up your answer with good, solid facts. Atm I'm thinking HD DVD, because in the 10 or so movies I've watched HD DVD audio > Blu-Ray audio.
  18. Just played Guitar Hero III for the first time... All I can say is: Rock Band > Guitar Hero III
  19. More pics of me in Mexico. Me and my dad had so much fun fishing for Marlin. (They're huge!!)
  20. Stick to my 'new lifestyle' for at least all of 2008. Yeah thats it... Taking life 1 step at a time.
  21. I think you have your scoring opposite there Phee. Disabled people, although fun to hit, would be really easy, and a granny would be easier to hit than a child.
  22. Oh man! My Christmas Card I made for my gf is BA! But I already gave it to her...
