I hit my head against the wall once. It was very painful. Blood came out and all.

From the looks of things, I've seen it all before, but I guess it's best to wait until more information is out, especially to why 'it's more suited for revolution'. Although, I do credit it for the background and lighting in that screenshot. Very nice.

MPs vote on cameras to placed inside people's homes

I do like the idea of ID cards, I suppose they can help control terrorism and check criminal records and all, but in my opinion, I think the money can be better spent. I liked the Lib Dems idea of spending the money planned for ID cards on putting more police officers on the street, which would probably be more practical aswell. -
I can understand the ban in restaurants and clubs, but I always thought that pubs were designed to fit smokers, even if they do serve food. Whats wrong with the old smoking and non-smoking sections.

Yeah, that was almost as funny as the holocaust.

In my opinion, the acoustic guitar. Electrics good too, but there's something rich and natural about acoustics, and finger-picking is great on it. I quite like pianos aswell ever since hearing the 4 minute piano solo on 'Layla'

I'll go with The Cars, then. and I also did this all before a long time ago. P.S. Pity the answers available sort of ruins this idea of only posting one band, giving everyone an opportunity to play.

Surely DNA matching is too expensive and troublesome for something as small as drain blockage. Surely regularly checking up on the showers would be enough.

Thanks to the fact I usually read the first few post in a thread before clicking a link, this had no effect on me. I suppose we have to carry this on on other forums then?

Wirral, which is like Liverpool but, y'know, better.

You know them little cars about 5cm long, and could move them and all. I had a ton of them. Raced them around my room and all. It was a magical period of my life, that. Also some Ghostbusters stuff, which was pretty good.

Funny you should make a thread about this. I was playing Gun the other day, whilst listening to my MP3, when 'Doolin-Dalton' by The Eagles came on. I then played the whole album to it and I thought it just fitted it brilliantly (you see, Don Henley and crew wrote Desperado with the old American west in mind, so naturally, it fitted with the game). I recommend downloading a couple of songs from it just to see. So, just to confirm... Desperado (whole album), The Eagles- Gun

My first concert was a cheap one to see Craig David ¬_¬ Actually, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The atmosphere was excellent, and he performed some pretty good songs. Nothing coming up though, though I might catch The Eagles's European farewell tour, if I can afford it.

Kirby GC confirmed to still be in development
Monopolyman replied to Stocka's topic in General Gaming Discussion
I sort of have to defend Nintendo's involvement in the last few months. We have had a few pretty good games come out like Battalion Wars, Mario Smash Football, Giest; though I do admit it isn't the greatest and is slowly slipping away. About Kirby GC though, I'm one of the very few who are actually looking forward to this. Although I'm only judging on screen shots, it looks fun and may become a pretty bitching' platformer/adventure/whatever. Might check out Kirby's Air Ride as well. Most reviews haven't been enthusiastic about it, but some normal people are saying it's alright. Is it? -

Favourite Game Boxarts [56K NO] [Use Photobucket]

To be honest, I can't think of a box art that has really impressed me. Though that Mario Smash Football one is rather nice. -
Multi-Million Deal Wins 'Friends' Return (Denied)

I liked the show until about season 5, then the writers started getting lazy. Probably wont be tuning in myself. -

Yeah. Happy Birthday, and all that jazz. Hope you had a good one.

Favourite TV programs thread (its original!)
Monopolyman replied to the_villa's topic in General Chit Chat
My top 5 are... The Simpsons A lot of people say Family Guy is better, but I disagree. The Simpsons has (or had) that well thought out factor that makes it hilarious. Plus, Hans Moleman is the greatest character to grace TV screens. The Comedy Store/ Jongerlurs Unleashed Basically half an hour of stand-up at some comedy clubs in London, but man I laugh so hard watching these programs. If you have Sky or something you should watch either sometime Without a Trace Does anyone watch this? It seems like I'm the only one in the whole country who does. Basically, in each ep. someone goes missing, and this team try and find them. It is probably the most exciting show on television, because you start to feel for the missing characters, through flashbacks. It's also not all predictable, as there's a bunch of twists per episode. Good watch Family Guy I started watching this before it even became popular. I bought a DVD of it once because I had a lot of money that day, and I pissed myself laughing. Ah the days. Catchphrase It was just the best freaking quiz ever. They should bring it back on, and with Roy Walker, and not that dickhead who did it in it's last couple of years. Honourable mentions: Never Mind the Buzzcocks Lost Desperate Housewives The Frank Skinner Show (Guilty Pleasure) and My Name is Earl (only a couple of eps. so far, but looks promising.) -
The greatest breakfast would br a fuck off burger with everything, served with tons of chips and a few pancakes, but that would be daft in the morn. If it were a proper breakfast, I'll go with sausages and bacon.

Possible National Holiday to Promote "Britishness"
Monopolyman replied to a topic in General Chit Chat
You think the Americans have alot of holidays? Spain has something like 16 per year! Anyways, I'm all for it. Britain isn't as bad as everyone thinks, and I could do with another day off, which will probably be pissed away doing coursework anyway, but still, yay.
